I got both Pre diabetes and fatty liver and I am doing my best to improve it so will have the blood tests after 3 more months. Very informative. Watching from Oregon, U.S.A. Favorite part is hard to decide cuz all was so good. But I’de have to say the weight/exercise portion. Not to lose weight rapidly/don’t be a weekend athlete. Also really liked dispelling myths. And the tips for consuming fruit.
