The C124 is beautiful clean and simple and I think maybe a 190E for the next build will be be nice or a E30 or maybe even a MK2 Golf.
We already have a couple of E30's in the fleet and a Mk2 Golf 16V. A Merc 190E is a good shout though 👍🏽

Well done. Iam a W126 fanatic (own 2 x gen2 Euro spec coupes & an 89 Euro 560SEL all AMG spec'd).
However i have a soft spot for the W124 in coupe & sedan version with AMG bodykit & 3 piece rims and especially like the W124 when all the exteterior cladding & bumpers are painted to match the body paint.
Yours is the most desirable colour other than 040 black. Swapping in replica E500 front Qtr panels would have allowed a bit more rim lip & bypassed having to deal with rust on your front Qtr panels but understand your were on a budget
Me to I have a w126 sel 500. Had a couple of 124 coupes.
Also lucky enough to have a 202 c43 AMG wagon.

Looks great except the busted axle look with the overdone camber with the wheels tucked inside the guards that looks boyracer crap but the rest is great.
Can you do a give away instead. do it as a competition with the bass van guy or something
