ok, so when it's time to condition a shoe... do you just strip off all the wax and then apply the Saphier Renovatour? or do you apply it over the wax and then reapply more wax? I have a pair of Alligator skin Gaziano & Girling that I want to put Reptan on, same question ..

And also in some regions of the shoe, the shoe cream stays sandy, so after I'm done and I wear the shoes and slip my fingers through the cream part it gets sandy, do you know what might be? only apply mirrorshine on the toebox and heel counter where you can feel the stiffener, none everywhere else! what did you mean by "sandy"?
When you touch the shoe some cream pigments get in your fingers like little sands... looks like the cream is coming out...

sounds like you didn't completely buff and clean the excess cream off.
