you can get them with less pleats for a bit cheaper, 8 yarders are just to sell more fabric anyway. best not to compromise on the fabric or craftsmanship though
My family is from Scotland and we have a family Kilt. We come from the highlands. My great great grand father sold balmoral Castle to King Edward....It was the Farquharson's. My father's name and my Grand father's name was Farquhar MacRae Guthrie. It was very much improved once it became Queen Victoria And King Edward's summer palace. We have visited and stay in Bramer many times. Scotland is so friendly I love going there . If you want to travel to a wonderful place that is NOT that expensive and has so much to offer Scotland is the place to go.

I have worn the kilt for years on and off from the army and in normal life but I would love to have a go at wearing this type of kilt can you say where you can get this type of kilt
I didn't know they had to be folded I always thought it was a man skirt😂!!!! Personal preference but I prefer men that wear boxers but I'm glad they were something under them . But what i want to know is have they always?
