Just my thinking from watching too many scary movies lol You know how at the end of some scary movies they show a scene that the "scary thing" hasn't died yet hinting to their being another movie. Well since Mac moved out. And he wasn't there during the healing process. I was crying because I couldn’t believe them. In the beginning it had me hot! Sad yelling at the TV especially the cousin man as a husband and as siblings he and his mom if that’s his mom need to get out
The mom is drinking to cope because she feels disrespected and disregarded in her own home. She feels betrayed by her husband because he failed to advocate and defend her. Her lashing out is her manifestation of pain.
I could tell they had a different relationship. He was hurt by the abandonment from her that he needed. She had it to give once she was safe in her husband arms
