You have the pastor then a leader then the elder's. Without the leaders and an elders a pastor cannot be held accountable as he becomes god himself

Yes a group of elders filled with the Holy Spirit to be lead by the head Jesus Christ and the body to follow. Not a one man pastor which is an old covenant mosaic chain of command. Unbiblical under the new covenant.
