Saw X was such a welcome surprise for me, lol. I though the franchise went down the shitter after spiral but this was honestly amazing, an easy 9 for me. I still like the first saw a bit better (probably because of a nostalgic bias) but this is my in #2 for favorite saw movies. Great review btw.
The best Saw movies are Saw 1, 2, 3 and 10 for me. I need them in 4k 👏👏

Saw X was a really good film. Definitely up there with Scream VI and M3GAN. We horror fans are eating good this year.
Ngl I just saw this movie and when Amanda was revealed my entire theater went Crazy and cheered a little. Myself included
Sometime a trailer show nothing or everything or make the movie look darker or lighter then you never know what it is
Saw may just be my favourite horror franchise of all time. I even find myself enjoying 3D despite its _glaring_ flaws. I'm glad you enjoyed Saw X, and I will certainly be checking it out within the next few days. I'm so pumped! 🤩
Hopefully, Greutert, Stolberg and Goldfinger can craft a much better and more fulfilling finale than 3D. Nowhere else to go but up - or down, whichever comes first. 😄
What did you find most enjoyable about VI, in particular? 🙂
3D is overhated in my opinion. I found IV to be a lot more incoherent and V to be the slowest and more repetitive of the lot. For all of its contrivances and gimmicks, at least 3D enjoyed a solid pace, elaborate traps on (mostly) deserving victims, and a brutal cat & mouse dynamic between its leads & villains.
Don't go into X expecting any sort of closure, be it for the film's own story or the franchise as a whole. Other than that, the film's alright.

this was surprising to me asw. I expected a huge failure and the rollercoaster of nothingness like what happened in Spiral.
Great job on this video Eric and I can’t believe that saw x is the only movie that has a good critic score and it’s very surprising that this movie makes up of jigsaw and spiral even though spiral didn’t have John Kramer in it but I am happy that he is back in saw x after all these years, he is the true legend of the saw franchise.

I haven't seen the movie since it came out. So who knows, I might have a different viewpoint on it if I watch it now.

Honestly i agree this is in my top 3 saw movies. its insane how much of a surprise this film was. the last few movies have sucked soo hard but this one, man this has given me hope for the future of the series.
Saw X is my second favorite to the first one.

This movie was my very first Saw movie I actually had the pleasure of seeing in the cinema and by golly was it such a fun ride,I absolutly love that this movie actually makes you sympathise with the "big bad" of the Saw franchise, in this movie he doesn't feel like the big bad,he feels like the victim who I felt especially sorry for when we all found out that he got used by con artists who I didn't think would sink so low as to make a victim out of an innocent child

I have a question for you. Out of all the traps, which one do you think is the most gruesome in the franchise?
Honestly, I'm not too much of a saw fan. I mean, honestly, I've been watched them. But I know they're very brutal and terrifying. But I never seen the new one or any of the other ones like. Is it really good to watch? Let me know if I really wanna watch saw. I mean, I'm like it scared.
