Had intense shoulder pain for 6 months now. Can't believe it, but I did this for 5 minutes, and now I can suddenly raise my hand overhead pain free. Well damn. Thank you.
This is insane. I've been suffering from a supraspinatus shoulder impingement for months and my progress has plateaued and so I've been looking at treating my rhomboid stiffness. A couple months earlier I felt slight discomfort in my armpit, and then randomly my Teres muscles got extremely tender. My PT said it was obvious that they'd get more tender than my other side which isn't injured (even though I didn't lift), so I did this and immediately got a warm sensation through my arm and I can feel so much tenderness with a lacrosse ball. Going to work on everything and going to do this + stretches and strengthening exercises. So exciting I know another reason for my shoulder impingement!
I don't mind admitting, I've been struggling for years and some nights I've been close to tears of pain and frustration. Immediate relief. Hope you are doing well. I have Injuries to both shoulders and it is the worst.
You nailed it. For me, that is the big bad culprit causing me pain at times. I am dealing with a brutal flare up of the Teres Minor and need to do some of these trigger point releases and see if it helps. It is super hot right now and firing up big time. Will update on how this works. Thanks a bunch.
Thank you so much I have it this problem more than 2 years it’s so much painful 😓 I see so much video but it’s not working for me but ur video I see after I make that one ☝️ I feel so much better ❤thank you so much ❤❤❤❤
I wish if I could leave 1000 likes instead of just one! Thank you so so much .. this is really a fantastic way to find the spot and relieve this pain .. so happy that I found thid video ..thanks
Nice one. I've been in pain for a month. I bought the ball, but I've been using it wrong. I've been rolling up and down the wall with the left side of my back. It works kinda. But I'm going to try this right now. I cant sleep because of the pain. So hopefully this works. Thanks
Thanks so much, I've been in insane pain for a 3 weeks. So far I've done multiple physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy sessions, non of their methods work. I'm going to try this method and will post an update comment. Thanks again.
Hi, sorry for the late reply. Yes, this method has been worked way beyond of my expectations for the pain relief and I did it for about two weeks with almost no pain after that. However, I should emphasize that this is only for pain relief and you must work on the specific muscle (or the surrounding muscles) to make it stronger. After almost 7 months I can say 95% of my strength get back.
Dude I have had this problem for YEARS and it flares up awful bad when I start weightlifting pretty heavy and consistent, especially back it seems like back maybe chest… I do physical therapy as a PTA so I should’ve known this.
Have you managed to sort this issue? I’ve had this same problem for 8 years now, once the pain is gone as soon as I lift again it’s straight back Literally begging for someone to help me, spent tons of money and no resolution
Ridiculous and overly clinical. Everyone suggests tennis balls for this, but they’re far too blunt. The rounded edge of a table, etc. is far better and you can really get into that teres minor.

More relief than any chiropractor or massage therapist has ever provided.
How many times in a day should do this ?
@@yashchaudharythenics probably 1-2 times a day idk I’m not a chiropractor
@@whitty9027 it will heal on itself its been 6 moths bruh

I'm going through the same thing. Trying this out as well. Do you have a hard time doing sleeper stretch as well?
Thanks so much. Felt like someone was stabbing me with a hot poker in my back and this helped relieve it so much.
