In the few days since this software came out I find that even though my iPad doesn’t have as much RAM as I would like I reach for my IPad more often than work on my laptop or desktop because it is so much easier to use due to the better interface. I only go back to my desktop when I need to add ultra fine details or if I want to do polygonal modeling to get to a polished state faster. Even after all these years I find blocking out in a traditional software just so much faster.
I don’t know why, but compared to nomad sculpt the zbrush is much more laggy on my iPad… same model, same format, but the lag is noticeable in zbrush, in nomad the model rotation is smooth. It was around 7,5M polys model. On iPad Pro M2.
I tried the free version, i dont feel comfortable with the navigation though i dont really know why, alwa7s stopped mid way through a sculpt, maybe im just not use to doing 3d nav on ipad, or maybe the limited brushes just make everything feel limited lol, i only have old zbrush prepetual so i dont have the license.
@@MaheerKibria? What are you talkin about, with a Apple Pencil you Can Model things. there are already some apps out there for Apple iPad like Valence 3D . and I hope blender will also release an iPad version
The Zbrush development team was not able to rewrite Zmodeler for the iPad in time for the release. They did say it will be added in a future update. They didn’t give a time frame unfortunately.
Man I already watched a couple of vids from you, and I must say they're great. I'm pretty newbie to 3D, but I'm currently trying to create some of my first models. I've been fighting quite a lot with Blender and absolutely fell in love with Zbrush. I used to share screen from my Macbook into my iPad, now I think that I'll just use it fully on iPad. Do you think that there are any disadvantages in it?
Could please do an Introduction to Z brush for iPad course on Udemy? The UI for iPad is really different from the desktop version. I would totally purchase the course!!!!!
@@AbeLeal3D So even if you didnt want the Zbrush for Ipad or need it people now have to pay an extra $10 regardless? Thats shady. Im still on ZB 2022 and will keep it as long as possible.

Hey, thanks for the review of zBrush for iPad. Can I ask you something that is not clear to me. The zBrush license for the ipad is 10$, right? And with the full license for the PC, I can use the ipad version with it. Would it also work with the zBrush Core version, too? Many thanks for your content. It helps a lot :

Same here. I am not a fan of subscriptions but ZBrush on the iPad looks very promising.

If hover works this would be a great OoL for ZBrush iPad. For me right now it's not working.
I always had a doubt regarding pens and screens. Does the pen scratch the screen over time or not?
no, the pen tip does not have a hardness level that is enough to scratch a screen
Not it doesn't. Feel quite smooth
I miss theposibility to put referance picture (
