I took your advice and practiced these shots until I was really comfortable and now I’m hitting the greens staying on the greens and getting much closer to the pins. Still working on the side winds but I’m figuring that out too. So many variables to consider. Thanks again.
I’m wondering on the very first example shot, your shot location for the Finesse and Knock Down was aiming at the bunker yet it made the green comfortably, how does that work? I’m struggling with my approach shots hitting the green then rolling way off. Would love any advice, appreciate the work put into your tutorials. Thanks
It's all about elevation. The hole is 30ft down (red arrow). In my elevation video I explain every 3 ft is 1 yard. so I place the marker 10 yards short of the 125 number. This 115 shot will now travel 125 due to it being downhill. Hope this helps.
I'd love to see a CC make videos like this where they use Bronze shots with no Specs to give new players a useful guide. Gold skills with Legendary Specs act far differently than beginner levels where these guides can make a big difference.

Please excuse my ignorance but I’ve only been gaming since May when I retired from work, I’m 65 now and it’s great to have the time to play a new hobby after working for 46 years.
Hey great videos, sorry this is on an old one but ive just gotten into the game and im trying to learn. Those were all great examples hitting the ball straight, what I wanted to know is how much effect hitting the balls low or high have. Like if you hit a knock down but high does that have any significant effect? Thanks.
@jamesdavison2910 the best way to learn is to turn on the aids and the circles and play around with how much changing flights change distance. I would say it will affect the shot but mostly due to spin and whatever the wind is doing. If you hit a knock down the ball normally rolls out and is less affected by the wind, but if you hit it high you will increase spin making the shot go shorter, more affected by the wind, and spin more.
The shadow is like a forgiveness window. The bigger the shadow the larger offline the ball may go. Think of it as an accuracy window for distance control
Thanks I really needed this. Question, I bought a bunch of specs and added them to my driver and irons and an improved ball. When I look at my bag the ball doesn’t show the ball, driver I applied when I got the specs.
I have played and mastered every golf game ever made and i play true sim not the beginner settings your playing. I would absolutely destroy you! exspecially after seeing how you play. You wouldn't stand a chance. i am also on xbox series x not playstation. but if you wanna play and if you got an xbox than i can send you a msg when i get home from work and we can battle but you will have to play my settings i will not play the easy settings.

And that's exactly what i thought, you challenged me and then you come up with an excuse why you wont play me, That's because your horrible at this game and should not be teaching anyone anything. O! and i definitely don't use a keyboard just a standard controller. And i have an amazing life so maybe you should get a life you JOKE!!!!

@@germainfleury5018 usually happens when your controller has stick drift. Try a different controller or the edge and add a dead zone
