You’re in good shape. Nope. Pork is good for you! It’s a little higher in omega 6 fatty acids, that’s all. If all you ate was pork you’d be 100 times healthier than if you ate the ultra processed standard world diet.
I buy huge packages of meat fat from a local ethnic grocery store for 99 cents a pound. There's lots of meat on that fat and I can get just beef fat or just pork fat but I prefer the beef fat trimmings. Cut up into cubes then air fried crispy is so good😂. The local butcher shop has decided to sell the beef fat trimmings for over $4a pound!! I told him he's ripping people off and I refuse to give him my business. As carnivore groemws we are going to see these stores charge way too much fir stuff they have always thrown in the trash!
Went from Ketovore, to Carnivore, cut out dairy 2 months ago and now transitioning towards Lion. I didnt see any weight loss on carnviore until i cut out the dairy, it helped break through the plateau of weight loss but still have that annoying bit of belly fat to lose! I walk 10K steps a day snd only do 2MAD. Hoping the lion diet will help further!
Carnivores eat meat, yes. Little critters eat the plants to make compost. and Herbivores eat plants. Omnivores eat both. Our stomach acid, large small intestines and tiny cecum mean we are Carnivores.
@@Carnivoreteacher1965 I'm a diabetic (type2) and carnivore diet keeps my blood sugar low. (the meter proves it) and yet my dr insists i eat grains, rice & potatoes which raise my blood sugar levels off the scale and makes my diabetes worse.

No, that is one the the HUGE fish with a lot of heavy metal toxins in it. If you want to eat some, get some selenium in the form of pills or eat some brazil nuts with it so the selenium will chelate the heavy metals. The red tuna (Thunnus thynnus), so called because of the red colour of its flesh, is the rarest and most valued species. Widespread in Mediterranean waters, it can reach up to 600 kg in weight and 3 metres in length.
Your chart is wrong. It may match atkins corporation but it doesn't match the original atkins diet. I started a low carb diet 30 years ago and still have an original atkins new diet revolution low carb diet book. The diet is divided into two phases. One is induction where you're trying to lose weight. Carb intake should be from zero to a max of 20 carbs per day. After you reach your desired weight you can add carbs up to your set point where you drop out of ketosis. This is the maintenance phase. For most people that's around 30 to 35 carbs per day. 50 to 100 likely might be acceptable for a professional athlete who's really burning a lot of energy per day. Of course the zero carb atkins diet is designed around those who are diabetic or who simply like eating meats and seafoods and fats only. In truth all the different diets you showed can all fit under an atkins diet. For myself I allow 12 carbs per day and have for the entire 30 years I've followed a low carb diet. I have only recently ran across keto diets and in truth what I read stated there is no set amount of carbs in the diet. No below 20 carbs. Everything I've read stated keto is a diet consisting of 5% carbs, 25% protein, and 70% fats. Using that, then 5% of your calories depends on the total calories you eat per day and can vary wildly in carbs. I think a more accurate chart would be a big loop labeled apples and each of your smaller loops name a variety of apples. That's how all your diets fit in an atkins style diet.
@@Carnivoreteacher1965 I like dr Berry but I still believe the chart is wrong do to a failed understanding of what the atkins diet entails. My diet is mostly meats, fats and seafoods with only small amounts of low carb vegetables. It's not keto because I don't keep track of my protein or fat intake, only carbs. I mean there's no difference between my atkins diet and keto if I follow the keto percentages but it remains an atkins diet because atkins never set a percentage. This way it's much simpler and easier to follow and my blood work has never shown an issue.
