@McVilla1N mate i started off in exactly the same place as you, if you have any local games workshops or local hobby stores you should check them out man, if not I think the dakkadakka forum has a game finder on it to help you find people in your area to play with 👌
where can I get these nice blue Necron dice? Aside from that..It was a really nice game. I also play frequently against a friend of mine who mains BT. I have never owon against him and we already played like 15 games together. I feel like there are too many marines on the board for how strong they are, especially for BT. Perhaps some feelow Necron player can aid me with some helpful advice on how to deal with strong melee armies like BT?
@eg.1803 hey glad you enjoyed the game man, not 100% where the dice are from but I'm sure jack will help you with that when he sees this message. Ideally lots of damage 2/3 high ap weapons. Templars don't have many invulnerable saves so high ap will tare through them. Also some combat punch is always helpful and some cp aside to interrupt. Also templars struggle against tough units usually so if you can bring t6 upwards alot of the templars combat punch will be wounding on 5s. But it really comes down to what lists you and your friend take. If you can score points while denying your friend to score points you will win 👌 hope this helps mate 🍻
Love the game - just a quick tip next time your dreadnought is out in the open and taking fire. Popping smoke is prob the better strategy over AoC - it makes them -1 to hit and gives you cover -1AP rather than just -1AP of AoC 👍👍
Glad you enjoyed the game buddy! Yeah smoke is a great strat, sadly redemptor and brutalis dreadnaughts don't have the smoke keyword so this isn't possible 😕

Good to see the Annihilation Legion being played, but the list used was not efficient for it. You really need Skorpeks to make it worth while.
Nightbringer's "Drain Life" happens every fight phase I think... not just the Necron one.
