Rooms are small.wood flooring is not dynamic. White kitchen is high maintenance. House is to fat back. Backyard is a downhill
This house is truly a marvel. And the price is perfect. The bathroom in the primary suite is gorgeous! The yard space is amazing. But the only real downside is the HOA… But I still love it. ❤️❤️❤️

the home is gorgeous. however, for me, i would prefer a darker wood flooring or marble floor.
Are you allowed to add fences? Such a huge front yard but the back is a bit smaller. Other than that it’s everything we’re looking for in a home! High ceilings, beautiful finishings, open concept, rooms could be slightly bigger but master room did not disappoint 🙂 And that 3 car garage with all that natural lighting is amazing!
HOA neighborhood so doubtful that you could put a fence around the house, that’s the downside unfortunately! 🤷🏾♀️

How is it that most of the high end homes, in Georgia (those over 500000 thousand) have low budget wire shelving in all of the closets. You would never see that up here in the north. Nj Ny or here in Ct.

It's a shame that they don't include refrigerators anymore. When they used to say appliances included, it actually meant it. Builders are now building cheap, and charging more for less
