Watching the video back, it looked like I mostly got better extension in the X3F, but my landings were more stable in the Metcon 9.

Brother how would you compare Nano x3 Vs adidas dropset trainer 2? Please help me decide... I only lift (heavy) .. No crossfit.. Just a little cardio at the end of workout sessions occasionally

i have used metcons since 2016... and i can say nanos are better and versatile shoe now... nanos are for wods with gymnastics, lift and run, rope jumps... and metcons are more for lifting sessions or benchmarks like diane, grace, isabel when you need stability but not cushioning like running or double unders...
I'm a rower, looking for shoes that i can do weight training in that have a less bouncy sole for the rowing machine. which of these would you go with?

I wonder if the grip of the 9’s would be uncomfortable/an issue on a wood lifting surface? My gym set up has a bunch of wooden surfaces so we usually lift there and you’re making me afraid I will slip lol

Surprisingly okay for running, I’d assume pretty bad for sleds considering the fit.

Really. That was one of my biggest complaints with metcon 9 and it get magnified when you use them compared to Nano and dropset.
any word if theres going to be a mat fraser metcon 9?
