Saw that you said the synch doesn’t stay locked on and loosens really easy. I had the same experience so I switched the lace lock with a better one (specifically from Solomon) and it fixes the only notable flaw
Love your reviews! I had a pair of Metcon 9s in the cart, but decided to wait for these instead. I just wish Reebok dropped the brown pair, but hey, for 50% off on Reebok, I’ll snag the orcas for now! Thanks for your work!
I have wide and flat feet. Was looking at X3F but after looking at this video I may just get X3 normal. Can the insole be removed and I can put Curex inner sole for my flat feet in the X3F and X3 Normal? Thanks
Nano x3 froning is basically all the same as the x3 with a slip on design and runs more narrow. x3 adventure has deeper lugs for terrain and splash resistant upper
@@AMRAP thanks so much bro. Which would you suggest, nano x3 or adidas dropset 2? I'm from India so these 2 are more readily available.. and on discounts.. need a pair for daily versatile training. (Bit of weight lifting, bit of crossfit)
@@AMRAP hi. Had 1 more question, can we do lunges with training shoes? Also, I couldn't find any reebok outlets in my city, I didn't want to order them online and return them if they didn't fit.. but I guess now I would have to.. I tried dropset 2,, and the uk10 was tight, 11 was loose. They don't dell half sizes in my country,, so should I get the bigger size in this situation.
When it comes to the X3 Froning, this channel is REALLY living up to its name.
Great review as usual especially the effort put in explaining sizing. I feel like Froning will keep using his X1
The X1 is more minimal and feels like a well-supported slipper. I hope Reebok brings it back.

Where did you get 50% off?

I literally thought, "...wonder if Joel reviewed these yet?" He was seven hours ahead!
Great but I recently bought a pair myself and my gosh I love them & their comfort really a nice overall shoe

You can remove the insole on all but definitely do not recommend the Fronings.
Can you recommend me top 3 weightlifting bars with knurling on aggressive side?
Pure WL or CrossFit?
@@AMRAP Pure WL with center knurling
i have the nano 9 and love how wide the toe box is. do they still make any of the nanos in a wide toe box?
Nano 2.0 would be it. Normal nano x3 isn’t bad either.
Nano X2 has a wide toe box also
@@AMRAP are these ok for flat feet with zero to no arch?
@@kylehellinger3298 i would say no due to them being very narrow in the midfoot
Is there a difference between nano x3, nano x3 froning and nano x3 adventure?? TIA.

@@dude3099 I would recommend nano x3 for CrossFit use and general training
@@AMRAP I was hoping you'd say that. They look better than the adidas too :) thanks a lot!!

These look too flexible and unstable for practicing Olympic weightlifting.
I’ve done some high percentage snatches with them and they aren’t bad. I would just synch them down and from there I had enough support
