Oh wow! This video is awesome. Thank you.. I've been struggling to quit. But when I've applied this kind of acceptance it's been the good days.. I just never actually noticed them until you pointed it out.
Controversial? Different things work for different people... I do believe you just gave me my answer.. Before this.. the story was driving me mad.. Now I remember to accept and I feel at peace.

I’m 67 and smoked for 50 years became very successful but the only stain on my life is smoking and as a man that defeated all obstacles my next challenge is to now stop smoking ❤

TODAY IS DAY 11 FOR ME AND I WAS A HEAVY SMOKER FOR 30 YRS THIS METHOD IS REALLY WORKING FOR ME TO JUST WASH AWAY THOSE STORIES THAT POP IN MY HEAD TO HAVE A CIGARETTE OVER THIS TRIGGER OR THAT TRIGGER.. IT FEELS GREAT TO NOT DESIRE THEM ANYMORE. THIS IS THE KEY TO QUITTING FOR GOOD

I am going to watch a video over and over so that my brain absorbs what it is you’re trying to teach it I was told as a very young age that I have a lazy brain because I don’t want to make the effort to learn I hope that by watching your videos over and over that eventually it’ll soak into my brain and I will understand it clearly thank you so much for these videos I am trying to take baby steps I have already stop smoking in my house I am drinking lots of water because that’s supposed to help that physical craving go away. Baby steps here in there and continue watching you should get me on the right road I am 66 years old I have a lot of physical problems due to lack of oxygen in my body most likely so I definitely have a strong goal to work towards I also have two grandchildren and two dollars that I love I want to spend more time with so I’ve got to get my health in order so that I can do this more

I'm a hardcore dude not bragging here I've been and still in competitive sports also I control every area of my personal life, I just can't seem to position myself to quit smoking sadly it is knocking down my overall esteem hope this video series finally helps me to quit this filthy habit, I reached the point where I purchase a packet smoke 1 cig then intentionally leave the packet at the coffee chop I'm suffering 💔

Definitely adding this to my craving toolkit and I like how you mentioned this can be used for negative thought loops too because I've decided to apply the same concepts with my own negative thinking.
