This video shows my exact problem but the solution is not clear. Is there a part 2? Not sure whether I need a new brake, controller or just a software update/refresh. Any more detail that may be available is appreciated.
Also when you replace the brake. I have a video on my channel. On how to replace it. The main thing is don’t tighten the bolts too tight. Just snug. But watch the video
Just get you a new brake. They have a heavy duty brake. Which is what we use here. And we seem to have no more problems with them. It’s thicker than the original brake. It cost about 50% more than the standard e brake
