Great video! I have a 95' EzGo Medalist 36v. My issue is that the cart goes in reverse with no problem, but it goes in forward sometimes and sometimes it will not go forward. I have an 2003 Ezgo TXT electric PDS, 36 volt with lithium battery. It has started to stop after letting my foot off the pedal. I have to turn off the key switch and turn it back on while completely stopped and it will go again. I have changed the FR switch, key switch, solenoid, diode, 250 ohm resistor, ITS and foot pedal micro switch. I think the foot switch needs to be adjusted because it jumps when starting. I have a new controller in the box if that is the problem. What do you think?
We have the Eco Battery. It does it all the time but a few weeks ago after an extended ride, didn't do it. Mostly, it's all the time though even when not on a full charge. It does not seem to be heat related because it starts doing it immediately.
I am reading 14 volts continuously on the white wire going to the ITS However I am not getting any voltage on the black wire going to the ITS. I’m not sure if it’s a wiring issue something else?
I am working on a 36 TXT PDS at the moment. I can can make the solenoid hit when you jump it with pack voltage. The reed switch is bypassed for the Summit onboard charger but I have pack votage at the harness. All of the micro switches function but I am only getting 6v when it gets back to the F/R rocker, key switch, and foot switch. The cart has a DCX400 controller on it.
