- Do you know how to look confident? When you walk into a room, go on a date or pitch at a meeting you want to make sure you look confident. In this video I will show you how to both feel and look more confident.
Confidence is a skill that can be developed with intentional and purposeful practice. It starts all in the mindset, but your own body language and verbal can do a lot for your mindset. I think that when you can implement some of the tips I mention in this video, that confidence can come naturally for anyone!

Self confidence is not "they will like me"
It is "I'll be fine if they don't"
The qualities that confidence people have:
1. Demonstrates confidence and leadership
2. Isn't afraid to be unique
3. Communicates and interacts with everyone.
4. Shows respect and concern for everyone.
5. Is knowledgeable and well-rounded
6. Has humility and shows willingness to admit mistakes
7. Does good things outside the job
My biggest takeaway from this video is: To be confident, be happy; to be happy, find some humor.

I become so nervous when i have a presentation that my voice ends up cracking, but at the end i’m proud that i’m brave enough to present in front of people and with time i’ll get used to it and become confident presenting

But truly she cracks it all with such wonderful presentation skills and I haven't come across such a person who speaks so naturally and with ease. What worked for me was hypnosis. My confidence went up 200% in one session! Much easier than trying to force ourselves to follow all these rules.
Confidence comes with acquiring skills.
