Wow, probably the best tactic I've seen. I'm struggling right now with this boss... think I'm going to try your method. Seraph: Dual ring power charge, divine light, salvation, void death, tarukaja, critical?, max critical?, resolution? Cielo: Syncro ring salvation, void charm, makakaja, mind charge, quick cure?, life surge? close call? Argilla: Turn ring human form, quick cure?, life surge? He's lucky he got two hits on that Divine Light, otherwise he would have healed back to full. I cant imagine fighting Satan with 30,000 HP at Phase 3 with Retribution Retribution Dekaja Temptation is fun.
Seems like going offensive and end the battle as soon as possible like your strat is a better approach to lessen chances RNGesus wipe out your party. Using dual ring and Power charge + divine light in a turn is a great setup !
Fun fact: Even if a repel shield does nothing against the original attacker (i.e. Death Repel back at any boss), it's still more worthwhile than the void equivalent since it STILL instantly ends their turn phase If an enemy who nulls earth casts Tera, setting up Earth Repel over Void Earth makes no difference EXCEPT for draining all the enemy’s press turns rather than two But of course, if an absorb equivalent exists, then it'll do the same thing but also heal, which you can never go wrong with

Hello, I have a question, ¿Do you think that the Human Form Skill is really necessary to kill Satan? ¿Do you think it's possible to kill him without that skill? The thing is starting a playthrough on Hard mode, finishing it and starting New Game Plus on Hard mode from scratch again just for the Berserker Ring and the Human Form Skill makes me a bit lazy xd
what's the purpose of having argilla in human form? is it just for the light immunity or is there an even bigger galaxy brain play here that i just can't see.
I'm pretty sure Argilla is here for three reasons 1. Aside from how you build Seraph, Argilla has the highest magic stat in the game and won't get hit by Satan's retribution unless Cielo is down, and depending on how you built Seraph, it would come down to a 50/50 to who would die first 2. Like you said, she nullifies Expel magic which cuts down on Satan's turns (which is required to do in a based luck super boss like this) 3. Her demon form is weak to Zan so having her in her human form removes that weakness, that way you can avoid giving Satan half press turns
@@Ludro45 it's so fucking good. I have surpassed many of my limits in the gym to this very song. It's like how it sounds to struggle!!!! But you fight on and anyways! B2 gives me that same sensation.
Poor sales most likely. Avatar Tuner 1 and 2 combined sold less than SMT3 on its own (not even factoring in the Maniax version or the HD Remaster). AT1 only sold about 150k copies, and 2 was barely 80k, while the original release of SMT3 did about 270k. On the other hand, sales alone don't dictate Atlus' decisions to remake things: Strange Journey sold even worse (only about 127k) but got its 3DS remaster, and Devil Survivor 2 got a remaster despite selling half as many copies as AT1. There's a possibility that it's related to the fact that Atlus contracted a famous author (Yu Godai) to draft the story of the games, but due to illness she had to back out of the project and Atlus' screenwriters had to finish the story from her outline. She went on to publish a series of novels with her version of the story, so there's a possibility that it presents a legal hurdle that they don't want to deal with.
