How do ensure that when your racket meets the ball, does not slow down the racket head speed? I believe this resistance causes me to alter my racket swing. Should I hit ball in the center of the racket or apply more acceleration?
If you prepare properly and sufficiently coiled all your body parts there is nothing else extra to do but to unwind and hit. To apply extra acceleration by forcing your swing will muscle it. Think about it this way, instead of focusing on the result, focus on the preparation instead.

I'm a great fan of your videos, so I can safely state this one is below average. Frankly, it feels a bit rushed and too heavily edited
