Thanks for this video series. I have an almost identical setup and I'm trying to figure out lighting. Does the Megaslam light provide enough light for pickleball?
More than plenty. There is some strategies with the light. Hit it high enough and the opponent is looking into the light. Majority of play is well illuminated.
A couple of questions, how has the light held up? Do you know by any chance if there is a warranty on it? Lastly, love your yard, all in about how much did you spend? Thank you in advance.
Sorry for the late reply. Its been close to 3 years. We have the light on a phone controlled switch. no warranty, but they stand behind their product.

I just set my game light up yesterday. A friend already hit the light and messed up the angel at which it was pointing. Do you know if there is any way to adjust the light angle without de-assembling the game light from the basketball goal?
Oh man. Thats a wicked missed if he hit the 18 ft mark. I've not had that problem but you should be able to drop it down with the extender and make sure the nuts have the non slip thread and is tight in case you hit it again.

Hey man , I've recently got these lights and had one questions..only problem is when we shoot the ball, you can't really see your shot as the light is blocking it. Is there something that we can do to make it better? Adjust the lamp on top making it.upwards maybe?
Shooting into the light can blind you briefly. It hasn't affected the shot however. You might change the light angle but it may not light thr rim as well.
Do you know if I should hang on the rim at 8.5 feet. I’m 150 pounds

Hi, I'm looking to get the lights but don't have access to power. Do u know what's the wattage of the light and what options do I have to power it up. Maybe something portable or solar powered? Thanks
12k lumens. More efficient than halogen bulbs. It comes with a power cord connector. You could run a very long extension. Solar power may work. Not sure on the wattage.
No doubt the lights are bright but I'm just thinking of how much power is required to power it up. It's a hassle to have a long extension cord to the pole so looking for portable options but need to know the wattage.
No mention of wattage on manual. I may have to bring down l ight s to see how much energy this led uses. Very bright though

Most definitely. Birds like to perch. Should have added a spiky landing strip.
Does it come with a plug connection or do you hard wire it?
plug connection. Sorry if that wasn't depicted. It is connected to an phone app controller.

Northern California so the few times it has been windy, there has never been any concerns.

we bought one but the light is flickering do you know why?
The bulb must not be tight. Otherwise I would send back for a replacement bulb. No issues since 2018.
How wide is that backboard?
Good question, i'll have to measure. it says 60" but not sure if that is diagonal like TVs are. Sorry for the late respone.
