For walking on hands I saw one gymnast demonstrating how to make it very easy, he has his students do wall handstand and practice touching the shoulder with the opposite side hand and alternating, like walking in place but on your hands I’m gonna try soon, it should help avoid bruh moments 😂
@@HeroAesthetics haha thanks for the info! I've been practicing handstand push-ups on a wall to increase the power of my shoulders in that vertical position so I could balance myself easier. Another problem is just that a ton of blood is coming to my head and I once even bled a bit from a bruise on my face 🩸 after holding it for like 7 sec. But I actually progress fast in the handstand, yesterday I managed do it for ten seconds by walking frontwards and backwards to keep my balance
Just inspired me to go try it as well. Keep up the good work.
Thanks! Go for it man 👊💪 small things is what makes the life funny.
Keep it up 👊
Awesome. Keep practicing.
Thanks! 👊💪
Last moment was too close 💀😂
Yeah I am risking it a bit in thst little space 😂
