Dean. Thank you all for looking after us all so well, I was lucky enough to be one of the nine that were with you. It was some six weeks ago now and I am still working my way through some 2500 pictures, I have all ready highlighted some that will go on the walls at home as prints. I am vey hopeful that our paths will cross again in the not too distant future.
Hi Jon….it was pleasure to have you along for our week in the Outer Hebrides and I'm so pleased you have some images which are worthy of being on your walls at home. I hope our week has inspired you to be in the landscape as much as possible and I really hope we will meet up again in the near future…Happy New Year.
Enjoyed the conversation guys, also enjoyed being there and really appreciated your guidance and company on the workshop, Still editing my collection and will be posting soon. Cheers
Three tired looking photographers enjoying their whisky. It doesn't get any better than this! Sounds like a great workshop Dean. Keep up the good work, vlogs and stories.
Hi Derek….for me the best time is Jan Feb & March. Firstly, no midges, secondly, fewer tourists, thirdly, cheaper accommodation and lastly, most importantly better weather for landscape photography. The light tends to be better then with the increased potential of snow or dark moody scenes. The days are obviously shorter at this time of year but with good planning you can photograph some great scenes.
Great video Dean and convo chaps
Thank you Tom…thats very much appreciated😀

Thank you Alan, I'm pleased you enjoyed the video. I think you're right, talking photography over a few drams is pretty good.
Excellent conversation with Paul and Adam. What are the best months to visit Skye to photograph the landscape?

@@deanallanphotography thanks so much Dean. I was planning a trip in April, but will try to adjust earlier, if possible. Keep the vlogs coming.
