I’m a lucky duck I don’t get cramps well I get one like 1 hr before my period and it’s like *KICK* hey I’m about to be here
I’m pretty lucky I only get cramps on the first day but I take a ibuprofen and take a nap and there gone. But one time they were so bad I blacked out when I was taking a shower.

Okay, so I got my period on the 2nd of this month and I was a day late. Now I am on my period on the 30th and I am 2 days EARLY! I am in UNBELIEVABLE pain and can barely move without triggering pain. I have taken 1000 mgs of Ibuprofen and a hot shower. I have NO idea what to do! I have been stressed out a lot BUT my period ALWAYS starts EXACTLY on the first of every month.

This is why cool water helps me with pain way better than warm water. Yes warm water helps but cooler water helps me more
