I have a period story! Not mine but when my bestie got her first period ( a few months ago) she got it on the day of our dance recital!!! SHE WAS IN A WHITE COSTUME. She leaked so we took her to the bathroom and I gave her some pads. She was having a panic attack and what made it worse, was that she had a solo... she had to perform no matter what. She walked out of the bathroom and when she finished performing, her boyfriend got mad and said that now his friends were picking on him because she leaked. He made her feel miserable and he broke up with her. I had already told her to break up with him the DAY BEFORE bc he had too many red flags. Now it was too late. Well then her guy best friend defended her, gave her chocolate, and now they are dating. I'm like "MARRY HIM"

Hi Sharon! Great video! I like these series lol. There is this guy who I know and he thinks that every partner is the "right one" and that he feels "lonely" whenever he is not in a relationship. First period horror story: I was at school and I had to use the bathroom. I looked at my underwear and saw blood on it. I told my friend and she forced me to go to the office because it was alot. I had no clue what it was so I was scared because my mom was not around. I had no period emergency kit so I could not change and I went to dance that day. When I was picked up I bled through my underwear and was bleeding on my leggings.

Try going to the doctors, rather than getting random, inefficient and potentially dangerous ways from others on the internet to start your period. Going to the doctors is the most reliable way to figure out why you're late and it could be an issue. Better to be safe than sorry, boo! ❤

Heyy!! Usually your cycle is about 21-35 days and regular periods can vary so i don't think you should worry about your period being a bit late. Try drinking tea with ginger, do some physical exercises, drink lots of water and try not to be stressed but see a doctor if it's a few weeks late. Wish you all the best boo
