Hello there, thank you for your help. My machine keep indicating to Add Cleaner even tho I have done as instructed, filled the bay with the cleaning solution & 2 bottles water. I press Clean and it says, Add Cleaner. Is something else malfunctioning? 🤔
We are sorry to hear of the concerns that you are having. We would recommend that you reset your Appliance from the circuit breaker. Shut off power for at least a minute and then turn it back on. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you need any further assistance.
Mine stops working after cleaning...everything fine until 'turn it on' and the ice maker runs thru several sounds, then shuts off and the power butten blinks. It's a great machine when it's working. Run the clean cycle and it stops working. What is going on?
We understand where you are coming from and apologize for any inconvenience. We'd love to see if we can help with your situation, so we ask that you please private message us with your name, email, phone number, street address, and the model and the serial number of your appliance.
Once the Clean cycle has been run, and you empty the water pan, the cleaning solution should drain out of through the drain. You may have to wait a few minutes for the drain pump to clear. If the solution remains in the bin, check to see if there is a kink in the drain.
@@wservicekitchenaid9982 Yes but what about all that corrosive cleaning solution in the water pan ? That's going to get in the ice. How do we rinse that out ??

I have a Jen Air. You may need to hold down the clean button for about 3-5 seconds. This should start the cleaning process.

What about if the machine doesn’t have any ice and I push the clean button and doesn’t do anything

Just repeat the steps with fresh water.
