I absolutely ADORE how Randy never judges the brides and is so patient, because most of the times when a bride is being annoying is due to her own insecurities and Randy makes them feel beautiful and special (as they are and they should feel every single day of their lives!) CHEERS TO RANDY! ❤️🙏🏻🎉
I agree. He knew she loved the dress. He knew she looked stunning in the dress. But he knew he had to let HER see she looked stunning in the dress. He couldn't want it for her. And when she did, she knew this was HER dress. I like him MUCH better than the other guy they hired on Say Yes to the Dress.

Was the maker of the dress supposed to see the future and know that she would be the one to try it on and just magically know all of her personal measurements so that they made it to fit her exactly right? I know she came around but that was such an insane and idiotic thing to say initially.
Randy brought her "around". His skill in that regard was a joy to watch.
I used to work in a wedding shop and the amount of women who said something similar is insane. Some bridesmaids would flat out refuse to agree to wear a dress that the bride liked because the sample didn't fit perfectly.
The fact that she doesn't have much in the curve department isn't any help either.

The dress alone looked plain but with the hair, red lipstick, red roses and viel the look came together.

@Pamela Morris Precisely! I thought she would know that most bridal gowns have to be altered. The one in the store is just a sample to try on (hence the clips they use to make the dress fit).

She said herself, she didn't know what she wanted. You can't really create something custom if you don't have any idea where to start; custom purchases are good choices for people who have very specific visions which they can't realistically find pre-made in stores.
She could still have taken it one portion at a time.. full skirt, plain, lace, or no, and onward that way.

She's a very poor communicator and really not a very nice person overall. Her demeanor is very off-putting as she comes off as being sullen and unpleasant; her family don't even appear to like her all that much. She was so rude to her mother; I'd have walked out if I was in her mom's place and left it to her. Good luck to the groom.

@The Random Reign of Vanilla I deal with people on a professional level each and every day. I can size them up in 2 minutes and know their issues; that is my job. Anyone who acts that way is revealing their true selves. Nice people, don't behave that way in front of strangers, let alone family.

They send out questionnaires about family and they choose the assholes of the group. I would never associate with anyone who represented themselves in such a manner; that is who they are.

Guys picking a wedding gown isn’t easy like they show on here. A bride may visit more than 3-4 stores and try on 30-40 dresses before they decide on THE ONE. Say Yes To The Dress has spoiled us and kinda fooled us into thinking that it only takes 2-3 tries to get a dress. That’s not true! So please let’s not hate on the bride for just wanting to look gorgeous on HER WEDDING DAY. Also the editing on this show is notoriously famous for adding unnecessary drama so don’t believe everything you see.

I tried on about 8. I wanted a poofy one at first but felt ridiculous in the full satin ones. They were also quite heavy!!! Oh man and one of the bridal ladies had me try a mermaid style. Soooooo didn't suit me at all cuz I hardly have any curves. Lol!
One of the best things about the dress I wore in the end was that my big brothers loved it.

Moments like these remind me of how important it is to treat companies and business workers respectfully. Coming from a family that does business I don't know what word to describe it but I empathize with them for being patient and/or even having to deal with people who are just wasting their time. Especially small businesses who have to deal with unfair customers while they are just trying to survive. Being in a small business you never know when the money stops coming and you have to be willing to take the customers who can be so unfair and rude. At times it makes me feel disgusted they have to deal with that.

I honestly think it's a pretty dress. I also don't think it's unreasonable to try on 8 dresses in your quest for the right one. I *started* my bridal appointment by pulling six off the racks and tried them all on one after the other.
(Just so happened I went back to the first one and bought it that night--I was in and out of the boutique in about two hours. But it's perfectly normal and even recommended to shop multiple places and try on a bunch of dresses before you pick one.)
