Here is the most professional way of processing all kinds of seafood in Kingsun. In order to ensure the best and safest quality seafood, all our suppliers are located alongside the ocean and once seafood are caught, they would be frozen immediately and then transported to our plants through our significant and efficient logistics. Enjoying state-of-the-art seafood processing facilities, we are pioneers to process seafood which would be first defrosted, rinsed, and then cut into different specifications with skin fish removed. Then, the fish will be checked under bright light and any impurities are picked out by our quality inspectors. Having been shaped, they are frozen and then packed into bags. Kingsun quality control systems would be always monitoring the entire process from procuring raw material to processing. We are proud of our track record for responsible and ethical management of processing seafood to deliver a healthier tomorrow from the ocean to customer’s dining table.
Very efficient and hygienic production line. I'm impressed. It appears that they are thawing/defrosting whole fish from freezer-trawlers and then processing it before re-freezing the boneless fillets. Can anyone confirm or deny this? If so, that's a 'twice frozen' product, which I thought was a 'no, no' with fish.
You can get a mink if you work hard enough
I have never seen fish split apart like that and I've been salmon fishing for 30+ years. That's disgusting.
It's all the Radiation still leaking into the ocean from Japans nuclear power plant. Which is still leaking last time I checked.
