Best true crime channel on youtube. Thank you so much for all the great and fascinating content.
Love: a proud JCS patron!
Best buck I’ve ever spent
Love the opening clip. Holy shit. Reminds me of Kenneth Angers “Scorpio rising”. If you haven’t seen it you must...
Love the music in this video. Gave me Scorsese vibes which is awesome. Lighthearted but chilling in context.
Ex boyfriend saving actual husband's life. thats heroic
I love that her ex boy-friend rooted for Dalia's husband at the time of events.
I can only imagine that she didn't leave her ex-bfs with a good impression.
Bros before hoes.

I think most people would go to the cops if they had the same information. Once you have knowledge of something, you're involved. If you don't act appropriately, then you're also in trouble as an accomplice. The guy really had no choice in the matter.
Mohammad is a good man. His actions saved this guy's life
@Matthew Hopkins He's a good man for his actions. No matter the motivation, he did the right thing.
Yes
@Matthew Hopkins he saved a man's life. You can argue moral absolutes all you want but he took evidence of an assassination plot to the police and got the conspirator taken to justice.
@Matthew Hopkins oh shut up matthew, i am beginning to think you wouldn't have questioned any statement if his name was michael
@Matthew Hopkins statements dont really equal to fact. Why you mad that someone thinks of the guy as a great man(bc he is regardless of motive)?
I can accept your 'wE dOnT kNoW HiS mOtIvE' if everyone is forcing it down your throat. but no one is saying it as a fact they're saying it as an opinion. They're saying what theyre seeing and feeling. Not facts but feelings.
There are 2 things I learned from this video
1. It is not the officer's first day
2. It is definitely not the officer's second day
I'd wager a guess that it *might* not be his first week either.
Might be taking a shot in the dark tho.
This made me crack the fuck up for some reason. Thank you lol
finds out its his fourth day
It's thursday, so it must be his third day... 🤭
Those were the poorest interrogation skills i've ever seen. He probably said that to boost his selfesteem a lil bit.
I love how she instantly unleashed the waterworks. She didn't even attempt to pretend like she was processing it.
She had been rehearsing the whole morning on the treadmill. It was time!
That has always stood out to me lol.
The torrents came too fast
Watch it again. She even jumps the gun. The cop doesn't even get the word "killed" out before she start screaming. He may as well have been going to say: "Your husband has been -taken to the hospital, but he's going to be ok."
Psychopaths have an extremely hard time faking emotions.
I wish they had the undercover cop interrogate her.
"I didn't do it"
"girl I was THERE"
🤣🤣🤣
Exactly 💯
"I saw what you saw and I heard what you heard!"
Ever better
unfortunately, he’s not an investigator. i wish they made him one so he could make it more convincing when talking to her
The fact that the cops staged the whole murder scene just to see how she reacted was hilarious
Ikr, boss move
Absolutely, and thank goodness she got caught on time because clearly she wouldn't stop trying to get the "job" done.
Cops
Honestly it is a really great case study on behavior.
I cant believe they didnt crack up laughing at how good they got her
Her "friend" who went to the police department to tell them she's evil is so precious and saved a complete tragedy from happening. I'd love to see mike and that guy meet and see how'd they interact with each other.
A life saviour indeed, well raised
I think he died, unfortunately
@babyvia6712 Damn. Dude was a hero to a complete stranger
I also love that he took this matter seriously
She probably would have fallen into a honey pot anyway
Apparently Mohammed had some serious connections to some really violent gangs, which is absolutely nuts considering that he went to the cops over Dalia's bullshit.
“You’re not even trying to get me out of this situation”
After trying to kill that same man is absolutely crazy. What a text book case of a narcissist holy crap
I don't think it's common for people with narcissistic personality disorder to actually go that far.
no...she's got quite a lot of narcissistic traits, but what im seeing is someone who is suffering from some serious aspd. i'm leaning more towards psycho as opposed to socio because of how calm and collected she was even when being faced with her sentence. she feels no remorse, no empathy, and very few real emotions other than pride and satisfaction when things go her way and it's been that way her whole life. i think she does love her family in some regard, but i also believe that her mother's overwhelming kindness and altruistic outlook contributed a lot to fostering this type of patterning in her psyche
@@michellechair Are you a licensed therapist? If not, you're really just bullshitting. Stop thinking you can analyse people's psyche just because you read some online articles and watched a couple of videos. If you ARE a psychologist/therapist, I would suggest taking a good hard look at the level of professionalism you're operating at, because no reputable therapist/psychologist would write down an analysis of a person's psyche for the world to read without even having met the person.
This is gaslighting to the 23rd POWER!!!!!
"I'd just like to go home."
I'm 5000% sure you're not going home
Benjamin Blankenship 😂
Funny man cool
Yet, she did go home. She was home for six years, lots of time to have fun and get together a legal strategy. And in the end she got 4 years knocked off of the original sentence. She'll be 50 when she gets out, which isn't really that old at all. Lots of people start new careers and new lives after 50. She's attractive and she's manipulative.
Claire
Yes that really annoyed me too, imagine what the guy felt. Hope the bitch didn't get to keep the house.
5000% . i will never get married...
She basically paid 3 grand to get arrested.
Bahahahahaha!
well, 3 grand of michael's money most likely
Yeah but the judge let her out! On house arrest, who else does that happen to with the fake hit man videos?? No one
She got 20 years after that I thought...
3k for a well planned fake home invasion robbery, pretty good price. Should’ve had common sense 😂
Her hysterical interaction with the first policeman is so interesting. They both are showing each other completely fake emotions and don’t trust each other at all but play the part like it’s a movie. But it isn’t a movie. CHILLING.
Honestly feels like my interactions with my narcissistic mother.
The difference is that the cop knows it's an act and she doesn't know he does.
The policeman is the more talented actor.
The second-hand embarrassment of her performance was physically painful. No, literally. I think I sprained some toes.

Thank God her ex, Muhammad Shadi, acted normally, responsibly, and legally as it's portrayed here. He saved a life.

Alhamdulillah he saved a name as well which is so important for us muslims, by his action he not only saved a life but he ddn't bring shame to the name of the last prophet as well which is the same to his "Muhammed (peace be upon him)" The greatest man that ever lived on earth as per Michael Hart
@@aminbinsalim1995 you do know right not only Muslim has the name, Muhammad?
@Pixelles Which means?
@@Linuxfy First of all, this intervention of yours seems to be a strawman argument or a red herring since i never argued that the name "Muhammed" was a name only muslims would have and obviously there are non muslim people that do have that name, but wouldn't you agree that names have whether religious, ethnic or cultural origin and association regardless of the owner? And i would argue further that all if not most non muslims with this name must have a background or a cultural affiliation with muslims or islam
Mike is a fascinating character. Leaves his wife of 7 years for a prostitute he met two weeks ago, yet is incredibly articulate and thoughtful when it comes to prison and jail. He seems very easygoing, and quick to want to please people.
This lady literally tried to kill him and he’s giving her advice about jail.
Talking about how he admitted to doing fraud and it helped him. IDK
I agree! I think there could be other items in play as well, maybe the ex-wife was abusive or neglectful (i doubt it tho), maybe the relationship had fizzled out because they weren’t working for it after the honeymoon phase. We don’t know the full context at all, I do agree that his immediate break from the wife is sketch, but maybe it was a long time coming and we just didn’t see that behind the scenes aspect. His life is his own and he deserves privacy after that entire scandal, but I would really love to pick his brain lol
Maybe he was already in the mindset to leave his ex wife and meeting Dalia made it happen for him. Or the dude’s the type to fall hard in love. Seems that way.
idk why people keep bringing up leaving his wife like its at all irrational. Clearly it wasnt sunshine and rainbows for him to leave so fast.
@cdewx5749 He chose to cheat, and nothing indicates that she abused or even slightly mistreated him, so if it wasn't "all sunshine and rainbows", that was probably his fault. Don't be so quick to blame the woman when a man acts unfaithful. He's a grown adult with his own agency and is responsible for his own actions.
@@paigemosher8697 im not blaming the woman. Shit just happens. When he was officially divorced is kinda irrelevent.
The irony is if Dalia just admitted to the whole thing right away and showed remorse she probably would have got a 7 year sentence and served maybe 3 or4 years and been free. Her constant denial gave her a few trials, house arrest, and then a lengthy prison term.
Yep!
While this is true clearly her end goal was never to admit she did anything wrong. So in the end she kind of still got what she wanted.
The police faking that crime scene is the greatest gold digger prank of all time
indeed. never heard anything close to this.
it's also the only real one
underrated comment
Officer: "I need to inform you that-"
Dalia: "No! No! Oh no!"
Officer: "...that it's just a prank, bro!
Now put your hands behind your back."
Is this normal ? I didnt even know police could go this far as to fake the crime scene and fake deliver the news. What was the real reason? They had video evidence against her so why didnt they just arrest her and tell her they know she planned to kill him?
that fake crying is so awkward when you know that the police were aware that she was faking all of it
I had to pause a few times watching that. The secondhand embarrassment holy shiiiit
i actually skipped the crying lol
Had to mute it
Yeah , even her boobs are fake
You can see the awkwardness in the cop behind her not talking. He is clearly like "Seriously? Oh boy you're in for a treat when you get to the station."
When you feel you might be reckless and impulsive, remember there is Michael Dipolito.
Wise words
She gets 16 years for essentially attempted murder. There's people in prison for more time with weed charges.
I think the judge had to take in account that her husband was not harmed-at least not physically.
If her husband was killed she woulda got life bruh.. 16 years is still a long time.. she ain't getting out till she 50
@@javonbatiste3294 yes. Jus seem like she deserves more. Cuz she basically tried to murder someone but failed. I guess it's enough if she actually does 16 and doesn't get good time or something and end up doing 10

I find her wanting to see her husband dead very chilling. She wants to confirm he's dead or just wants to see his life less body
Her sentence reading from the judge is the single most satisfying thing I have ever heard in my life. He was honest, fair, and thorough. It's disgusting that she didn't keep that sentence as is.
I get the impression she is being told for the first time in her life that she can't have what she wants.

That's what you get when you marry an escort, to be honest. People in that line of work either are very flakey with their relationships or are super narcissistic (or a combination of both). Imagine living a life where you're handed everything by well-off men, in possibly one of - if not the most - liberal parts of the country. This is a result of a lifelong catering to a narcissistic persona.
I get the impression she's an emotionless sociopath who feels zero empathy for others and is only concerned for her own immediate gain.

I mean realistically he was looking out for himself. If he had ignored it and she would get caught eventually you know she'd out him. The second he got the text he's involved and can be charged the same as planning the murder. Even by not doing anything
The fact that her and her mom call the Police Station, "gun club" is absolutely hilarious to me
They're referring to the jail. It is nicknamed so because it is on Gun Club rd.
They don’t
Legend has it that to this day, every morning Dalia wakes up and says "it's not true, I'm not guilty, I'm not in jail" to her toilet.

Its actually most likely he doesnt believe it, when you're hired by someone, you have to defend whatever case they put forward no matter how rediculous it is. Not wanting to be a co conspirator in a murder is such a low bar for being a king haha
I never cringed as hard as when she started crying, holy shit.
I was cracking tf up
@@qtip3998 lmao same 💀that shit was too funny
Same I literally had to pause and take a break cuz she really played herself BAD💀💀
i was dyyiinngg😭 i had to back it up and rewatch it cuz that had me dead deaaddd💀💀💀😭
I had to look away when I cringed so hard 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This was hands down the best video of this case!!🔥👏
Im rewatching/binging all of JCS content (or rather I have it on in the background while I'm on a 12hr graveyard shift at the hospital) and I just have to say that the intro and the B-roll footage you used in the intro was absolutely fantastic. Youre my favorite content creator on this site. Cant wait to see what you put together next!
“believe me...you don’t wanna see him” the underlying irony and dark humor there is to that
Yep, the guy should have been given an oscar.
That was an awesome line.
Deadass 🤣😂😂
Wow I never thought of that...I'm dumb as fuck
@@zachmorgan6982 Are you?
She should have been arrested just for that cringe worthy fake crying!🤮
bruhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh lmao! Terrible
Right!!!! Seriously!!!!
@- Joshwa34 - its convincing but SO CRINGY NOW THANK GOD THEY CAUGHT HER
@Om Patel LMFAO FORREAL HAHAHAHA she got what was coming but tbh now that i think about it.. shes not that great of an actor now shes claiming they did all this for a reality TV show looking like a dumb avocado
exactly!! the fake crying wasn’t even that great
I appreciate this judge's explanation for her.
whoever made the intro is a genius, and forever has my respect
Said my mind 🔥🔥🔥
"I need to see him, I need to see him!"
Translation: "I need to confirm the kill."

seeing her act sad about his death is just so embarrassing... she's a horrible human, just horrible.
If you even wanna call her that...
Pretty shitty acting too tbh
She's human?
WHY is the judge going over every little detail and giving her ideas as to what she didn't do!!!! Shut up and lock her up for life!!! There is no fixing her!
@@jlitter1999 That's how the judicial system is. It has to be "beyond reasonable doubt" but, its never a simple process
truly the best video youve ever made
"I'm sitting here rotting, and you're thinking about getting a house."
"Dalia you tried to have me killed!"
lol the balls on this woman
"its just a prank bro"
Nah she doesn't have any balls. A straight coward
I would not call her a woman I would call her a horrible disgusting looking monster because I have no idea why they keep saying that she’s a beautiful that’s actually what make up does for you but take all that make up off and look at what she looks like on the mugshot.
thinking of getting a house? it was or more is his own house lol.
@@Nanaflores59 yikes i'd just hate myself for having a similar name
She's almost child-like...its like she's honestly never been told 'no' before.
Yeah. Like when she saw her husband and said "come here" instead of sorry, or I'm happy you're alive, or anything. She needed him to what she wanted even after it was all over
Well by the sound of her mother pleading to the judge and staying that her daughter is harmless (LMFAO) it appears to run in the family.
(Scene from Dalia's childhood):
"Dalia, no, you can't kill your kindergarten playmate."
"But Mom, why can't I kill him?"
"Ok, you can kill him."
Seems like how the majority of girls are brought up.
@@DM-rc4yu so, I'm not those majority. Thank goodness...
The true crime loser commentary at the end had me cracking up. Great way to end such an interesting story
I really love this intro! Really creative! ❤❤
The cops deserve acting awards. How they didn't just laugh in her face at her display, full knowing she was faking the entire thing. Fantastic.
Riiiiiight?! I was so impressed. The first cop kept pushing her when she was trying so hard to hug him. I was dying! haha
She totally got played! Love it! Hope she rots in jail!
i was thinking these undercover cops are every bit as psycho as the criminals.
sitting there with these nut case people and pretending to be their friend...
I think when you think about the depravity of her actions it makes it more of a disgusting feeling than a funny one.
Fortune Maker *You gotta play the game.*
Okay that intro was an absolute masterpiece
The video aside, the intro was GOLDEN. Had me laughing for a hot minute
"You don't wanna see him, believe me, you don't"
Well, he wasn't lying...
I was hoping with bated breath that he'd walk through that door almost as if on cue lol.
😂Dang.... Thats a good 1 u pointed out.
That fake-crying after finding out her husband is ‘dead’ is giving me serious second-hand embarrassment. Can’t imagine how those officers must’ve felt.
All of us who saw it agree 🤣
she reacted so fast as well
“Second hand embarrassment” 😩😵😂❤️🔥💥😗!!
Second hand embarrassment - finally a worthy translation for the german word "Fremdscham"...👍
She reacted way to fast for that to be believable I cringed
what an amazing intro, great job jcs
For someone who thought getting an escort is a good idea when the wife is away, and then divorce the wife without a second thought to get married to the said escort, Mike learnt a brilliant lesson.
It sounds perfectly normal if you're in an unhappy marriage, especially in Florida.
@@cdewx5749 Doesn't justify cheating. Not sure why men think they're allowed to be unfaithful the moment they hit the tiniest bump in a marriage.
@@paigemosher8697 you have 0 idea what their marriage was like.

That's a sad thing actually, she might be enjoying prison.
Just because you're a narcissist doesn't mean you can handle prison. She is a sweet little girl compared to some of the women you'll find in there.. especially in Florida lol
