Hey that was interesting. My GF has opened a remedial massage clinic in Rama9 which is already doing well. I was there last week i really like the area, it's handy to everything and the traffic is not bad (compared to Sukhumvit - OMG). Next year we want to buy a house there and build a clinic on the front.

Nice idea. Pretty house but expensive, that's the problem with it being near Bangkok. Totally different living in a modern western style house in the middle of an estate compared with your big farm house surrounded by rice fields and emptiness. I wonder how your parents would adjust. Thanks for the video, sad no live stream today, but we understand you need to look after your health. Hope you are doing ok. Love. Brian.
My health is too weak to live stream today, Brian. This house is just an idea. They will move when they become a baby for us, not now. I guess.

As a child there was a flood near my home which caused my parents to move. I can understand why you want to have your parents close to you. I recognized right away that those homes would be in the millions of baht having been to Thailand. I hope you can find something they like and you can afford Teya. Good luck!!
We still keep looking and see how they feel. If they're not ready to move, it doesn't make sense to buy.

Nice place and I think you and Ben are good caring Daughters for your parents, but I think it will take a lot of convincing to get them to move. They are a different generation used to working hard and know everyone in their Village and have always had good friends and neighbours. They are happy where they are now and I very much doubt they would want to move away. I understand when they are much older they might need more caring but that time is not yet.
It's good to suggest to them but from what I have seen of your parents home and where they live in your Videos these modern Western Style Homes would not suite them. I would never leave where your Parents live now but that's me.

Very nice and fancy. You think they can go from the farm to super fancy with no fruit trees. I hope there ready. I do think moving them is good. Can you sell the farm land.
It's hard to sell the farm land when my parents are still alive and Yes it's hard to move them unless they accept that they're too old to be for the farm.

Are you looking for Thai school or International school? If international one, it should be anywhere tourist destination.
