I’ve never heard of this company but I have purchased mail order vegan cookies before from Maya’s. They were really good and worth the splurge for birthdays. Sounds like making these yourself at home would be a better option. Thanks for taking the hit for all of us. 🤣
i think my main thing is why one cookie per package?? i get you can try a bunch of flavors but again packaging wise, i would feel better about all the plastic if you got more than one serving. it would be nice to share amongst a family or group of friends! also agree with all the comments, i'm not shocked by the price point but could never afford it! i hope their shark tank deal could bring down the price a bit (especially if you we're able to order in "bulk") i will say though, i love using coconut sugar/almond flour in cookies sometimes! they make the softest/chewy texture and surprising coconut sugar tastes so so identical to brown sugar buttttt def that grainy texture is always there
I honestly love these products and they are so rich that I usually split one in half but sometimes I do just eat the whole thing. The ingredients are top notch and it’s definitely a treat, not something you would buy all the time.
Hi! My husband saw this on Shark Tank, and ordered this exact sampler for our vegan children (adults) they were very expensive, but this was for an Easter present. They both said they loved it. But for the price tho ~~ I can easily make vegan chocolate chips for them, (and do) THanks for the honest review. I appreciate you both so much, even the ostrich and Andrew. (thanks for the giggle!)
I had not heard about this company but appreciate this taste test because it's hard to get pre-baked, shipped cookies right, so if you want to send vegan cookies as a gift to someone and don't want to bake your own, there's an option. Thanks for posting 🙂
@Make It Dairy Free I’m actually excited to try this product because of the things you listed about it. As I’ve been practicing not using refined sugar and I’m allergic to gluten. I get that some of the gluten free products you guys have tried hasn’t been very good , as you know every gluten free product is not created equal. As for me needing at all cost for my health and safety to avoid gluten and peanuts due to extreme allergic reactions to these; I also appreciate their taking the time to package individually. As cross contamination for me, would prove emergent. As usual great coverage of this product
I had a friend who got into the cookie business and her cookies would blow you out of the water if you were to try them. I'm talking so delicious I guess she would come overwhelmed with all of it she was doing the online thing as well and a few local stores so I don't know if she's still doing it but yeah those would have been great I wish you could have tried those, but like you say homemade best❤!
While I love to see vegan companies like this the price point is way too expensive, even for a splurge. That said, vegan desserts at restaurants and bakeries where I live are expensive as well, but I don’t have pay for shipping and instead of buying 8 cookies, I would just buy one or 2.
I would definately grab in Whole Foods or another grocery when I get food... with thay being said I would not buy for a price.. A brownie for $3.99 and cookie at $2.99 is reasonable to me...
I wouldn’t mind having a similar cookie on hand after the gym but 300 calories, 22g sugar, and only 4g protein don’t even make them worth the splurge. You mentioned your own recipes though, which cookie recipe of yours is your go-to?
Wow, so expensive! And so much packaging. But thank you for the monetary sacrifice for our edification on these cookies. We have lots of wild turkeys here and they can be pretty intimidating (but not ostriches, LOL) and they are also really fun to watch and beautiful.
I don’t doubt they taste good & serve a particular need, but why does good quality food have to be so ridiculously expensive? $7.50 for a cookie is absurd. I’ll stick to making my own.
I had a few turkeys take over the street I was driving through in the Bronx and I was stuck there a minute cuz I was scared... that was the first time I've ever seen a live one up close and there were pretty aggressive lol... I totally understand Andrew 👍
Thank you as always for the taste test👍🏽❤. Wow👀, the price!! It would be great if they could make the packaging resealable, for those who don't eat it all in one sitting and at least 2 cookies/brownies would be great per package. That might help bring the price down. Keep the stories coming.😂😂😂.
Andrew's face when you told him the price! I had the same reaction. Sorry but even if it was the best-tasting cookie ever I would not spend $7.00 for one. I'm not really sure who will be buying those IMO.
I might buy these as a grab and go but I’d never buy them on line. That said, even in my small city, we have a few bakeries and stores with vegan and gf baked goods options. I realize this might not be an option for everyone though. It might be a good option to send to a friend as a special treat or for a special occasion. It’s just too expensive for me by the time you add shipping and handling.
Holy Canoli! I'm just gonna keep making the Nard Dogs pastries!!! Thanks for the taste test, though. Good to know in case my JOB needs to send a sweet goodie to someone, but otherwise, I'm just keep on steppin' and hang on to my $66.50. Dang!!
I am not really interested in these cookies but I went on their website and it says free US. shipping on orders over 100 dollars so I assume it is even more expensive in Canada.
Sadly, needing to find a dairy free & gluten free treat is really difficult and EXPENSIVE. I was so tempted to buy these cause you said it was not grainy feeling, till you gave the price 😥 Crazy how you have to be a billionaire to afford gluten and dairy free foods. PLEEASE try to come up with options for vegan gluten free treats 🥰
Do you think this is a good thing to send as a gift to someone who likes sweets but is gluten free? That's what I was thinking about - is it a decent gift?
"Feed 2 birds with one stone," "Feed a fed horse," "All your berries in one bowl," "Take the flower by the thorns," "There's more than one way to peel a potato," "Be the test tube." :)
Looks like this place sold you 2 different brownies. Pretty sure a blondie is not supposed to have a chocolate based batter... That's why they are not considered brownies lol.

I feel like Vegan company shouldn't try to take advantage of its customers or people in general. That pri,ce is ridiculously high sounds to me like they are in it for the money
Thank you for this taste test I'm a grab n go person but $7.00 for a bar or cookie is expensive 😊
I’ve never heard of this company but I have purchased mail order vegan cookies before from Maya’s. They were really good and worth the splurge for birthdays. Sounds like making these yourself at home would be a better option. Thanks for taking the hit for all of us. 🤣
Takin' one fot the team! LOL!!

Cinnaholic is vegan bakery company that was also on Shark Tank. Super good, but expensive for what you get.
We enjoy them, but the one closest to us is closing :(

It's probably individually wrapped because it's a variety pack. I would hope that if it contained 1 single flavor it wouldn't be individually wrapped.

After watching this video I suddenly have a taste for your Brownie recipe. I think I will make some now.
We appreciate you for your taste tests too!!
I thought the same thing about the packaging. Love your channel ❤
Have you tried the Alternative Baking Company cookies? Those are by far my favorite, especially the espresso chocolate chip!!!
Y'all are hilarious! Thanks for sharing with us! I love y'all!🤣❤️❤️🤣

& products used for vegan baking aren’t as expensive as regular baked goods they just raise the price bc it’s marketed to vegans
But the demand is lower. Supply and demand dictates the price
I dont understand its literally less ingredients than regular cookies you'd think it would cost less.
I haven't finished yet but I had to tell you I'm dying at your dedication to showing us the broken cookie 🤣🤣
Andrew: "I don't know if that matters to them that much . . . "
I would definately grab in Whole Foods or another grocery when I get food... with thay being said I would not buy for a price.. A brownie for $3.99 and cookie at $2.99 is reasonable to me...
What's your thoughts !? Let's chat

I think it’s a lot of packaging as well.
You should do a taste test on Rebel cheese from shark tank. It’s awesome.
You guys are the best
Thank you!

Thanks for the review but I couldn't afford them. Love the ostrich story! 😂
Thanks!
You're so kind! Thank you!
Definitely not low sugar! Still has 22 grams per cookie but just non refined.
Way to expensive but love that more Vegan options are becoming available
Sadly, needing to find a dairy free & gluten free treat is really difficult and EXPENSIVE.

Do you think this is a good thing to send as a gift to someone who likes sweets but is gluten free? That's what I was thinking about - is it a decent gift?
Yes, it would be a lovely gift
"Feed 2 birds with one stone," "Feed a fed horse," "All your berries in one bowl," "Take the flower by the thorns," "There's more than one way to peel a potato," "Be the test tube." :)
❤
25:15 had me cackling 😂

Haha! Move to Florida and live next door to me!

Looks like this place sold you 2 different brownies. Pretty sure a blondie is not supposed to have a chocolate based batter... That's why they are not considered brownies lol.
Thanks, I would never pay that much for any cookie!!!!
I have had legit run ins with legit ostriches and it is beyond scary. lol 😂
No way per the price. You can make a LOT of vegan cookie for $70!
"I saw ostrichs in West Virginia"
"You mean turkeys in New Jersey"
Yeah, that's a married couple. 😂
HAHAHHA! yup!
❤❤❤❤❤❤
:)
I believe you- it was an ostrich!
Andrew, we are kindred eyelash in the eye spirits. It’s so annoying and happens to me all the time!
The last 5 minutes.... 🤣🤣
I think "like" is your favorite word. 😂
That price is absurd!!!!
Damn they have almonds😫... I can't even try them🙄... that's OK... I sell my own but I always like supporting others🙏🏻

Just MAKE YOUR OWN
the PRICE IS RIDICULOUS

Noted!
Mm cookies, just like grandma used to make
Lol, the gang of ostriches!
WTF happen at the end of the taste test 😂😂😂
t00 expensive!
Home cooking cheap skate thoughts 😅😅😅
LOL
There is no way I can afford this. That's definitely a luxury product and it doesn't seem worth the cost.
70 dollars for a 12 pack of cookies? No thanks, not even during the best of economic times lol that’s wild. That’s almost six dollars per cookie gtfo
Alternative Baking Company sells five packs for $11.25 plus they are found at my local market
I feel like Vegan company shouldn't try to take advantage of its customers or people in general. That pri,ce is ridiculously high sounds to me like they are in it for the money
Way ,way overpriced! they're really not that hard to make at home.
