Large Pro is serious dude but hilarious without trying to be i spit out my water twice when he said if he brought Nas the Cop shot the kid beat and the UFO ritual 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
NAS two most classic albums were ILLMATIC and STILLMATIC. So, it's no coincidence Large PRO was prevalent on both. But, at times, he seems somewhat reluctant to talk about and romantise the that album as much. Maybe he doesn't feel he received enough recognition or money for his production contributions considering its huge success. I know NAS recently stated he hated that album or, was "over it" at least, performing the songs on on stage anymore.
I think the reason Vlad is not delving into Large P's whole story because-seriously-I don't think Vlad really knows a lot about pre 2000 rap/hip-hop. Watch interviews with old school cats. He gets albums wrong, lyrics wrong, dudes flat out tell him he has facts wrong at times. Vlad also does NO research(except sometimes he actually looks shit up mid-interview *after* he already asked the question.) This one is especially annoying because Large P is one of those guys-He's been around forever and has been involved with so much. Vlad really fucked this up.
I agree comments saying it should be about Large Pro legacy. I am a huge fan of the way Large Pro chops samples. But I disagree him on Nasir, " Adam & Eve" and " Cop shot the kid" are just classics

Vlad you did the God Xtra P wrong...this man along with Pete Rock changed beat making...
they doin that little ritual to the album so i stayed back hahaha
LP SAID THE RITUAL! THAT MEANS HE THOUGHT THEM NIGUHS WAS BUGGIN! LOLOLOLOLOL
Vlad's voice sounds like all he says is nas
Ritual???? He stayed to the back!!!
So Is vlad actually going to interview pro....or just ask him questions about nas??
That Beat he did for ILL BILL “Acid Reflux” is fucking bananas. Large Pro is definitely underrated as a producer.
I need that large pro nod in disbelief as a gif
It damn sure was a ritual.
That NASIR album was fire. . All the beats were hard. . Adam & Eve Nas went off. . I enjoyed every song on that album
Aaron Mac straight FIRE!!! I love that Nasir album. It’s a classic. Real short and sweet. Every beat is great. I thought I was alone on here. 🤷🏾♂️
moehammondmedia nah bro im witchu lol . . I was bumpin that joint for about 2 weeks
LARGE PRO’s last single with Yu Mamiya, “Back N 4th Scrambler” was FIRE.
Facts
Large Professor: Dislikes Kanye
Video length: 4:44
I agree comments saying it should be about Large Pro legacy. I am a huge fan of the way Large Pro chops samples. But I disagree him on Nasir, " Adam & Eve" and " Cop shot the kid" are just classics
"Nasir" is a Kanye West album featuring Nas.
Large Professor is still a beast and that beat he made on illmatic halftime is a classic in my book
the beats on Nasir were total trash I agree
"Still Dreamin'" is one of my favorite Nas songs of all time. Also like "Everything" off the new album. Vlad crazy..."Cop Shot The Kid" remix by Green Latern(i think) was dope, Kanye's version was too redundant. Adam &Eve is doooope, too.
He was on “ Life is Good “ album
So much respect for Large Pro
Vlad always changing his voice to sound down
Despite what people said and my opinion, I loved the album Nasir. Adam and Eve to me, Song of the Year for 2018
