I have to confess. I’ve always known about canned chicken, but I was a snob about giving it a try. 🤦🏽♀️ The high grocery prices recently caused me to smarten up and give it a try yesterday. I’m so glad I did.

She brought cheese and tortilla chips to go with it. I never did get the recipe. I am writing yours down and going to the store and get the ingredients to fix yours. I made the Taco soup tonight and it was good and super easy! My husband really liked it as well and said the spicy level was just right. Black beans hurt my stomach so I replaced them with a can of white navy beans and also used the mild green enchilada sauce. I also added one more can of chicken, too. Thanks!

I've made something like the chicken roll-ups. I used pizza sauce, finely diced peperoni, mozzarella cheese, dash of Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and rolled and baked like your chicken roll-ups. Made some warm pizza sauce for dipping. Anyway, I'll give a few of these recipes a try. Thanks for posting.

We used canned chicken a lot. It’s so handy when you are on a time crunch or like me you forget to take out meat. With 6 kids and their friends over all the time sometimes I’m serving 13 kids so it’s a life saver!!!!! Thank you for awesome new recipes!!!!

Perfect timing! I picked up a rotiss chicken yesterday and removed all the chicken. I have everything including the sesseme seeds to make the chicken fried rice. If i have enough leftover I'll freeze it for the soup another time. It's why its called a rubber chicken.

Perfect timing! I picked up a rotiss chicken yesterday and removed all the chicken. I have everything including the sesseme seeds to make the chicken fried rice. If i have enough leftover I'll freeze it for the soup another time. It's why its called a rubber chicken.
