Well you cant play cs2 at 60 Hz...You need a monitor capable of atleast 144hzIf you can drive the game stable at around 144fps- 280fps(if you have 280Hz monitor)/Hz, then sure go for those graphic settings otherwise..Lower the settings.

if you want to enjoy graphics. If you want to play a competetive game then csgo was the best
