It's sort of silly to paint the entire city with that brush. There are 1 or 2 small neighborhoods that are extremely dangerous and gross, but you pretty much never have to enter either one of them on a daily basis. Otherwise why would so many billionaires have homes in the city if it were so dangerous.

With the present level of crime, corruption and filth in San Francisco, this restored middle class house is barely worth a tenth of what they're asking.
