Love to watch these tours..only thing...need to open closets in kitchen and bedrooms..this started out beautiful apt. Then went down hill..colors in one batroom great...colors in master bathroom were really bad..still going to keep watching...are you allowed to repaint if color scheme is not your taste ?
Waou superbe appart , très bien agencé, très lumineux, avec une vue superbe et deux balcons très accueillants. J’adore la cuisine qui fait très vintage. Par contre j’ai un peu de mal avec la déco entre autres les bronzes, la déco de l’une des chambre et la salle de bain principale. Ce bel appartement serait grandiose avec un petit rafraîchissement. Un des gros plus de ce bien, c’est les rangements , assez impressionnants.

When it comes to rental, you have to discuss with the owner if you want to make changes :)
Kitchen desperately needs upgrading, furnishings are very... eccentric. However the space is beautiful and has so much potential.

Furniture is hideous
The foundation is there, but it needs an interior designer and landscaper... Post haste.
