If it is, then that means that people who got the other two endings won’t be able to import their saves. If this is the canonical ending, then I think the only thing we’d be able to import are our ME 3 faces.
@@VannTheDawn well Cerberus had the tech to put Shep back together and create a clone as a back up on top of funding project Overlord which melded a human mind with a VI. Perhaps the galaxy will be able to perform a sort of reverse effect and pull shep back from being merged with the reapers following the other endings and download his mind into a fresh new host body.
@@VannTheDawn Nah, they'll just make it so the ending you choose doesn't matter and there will be a canon one. They'd have to make 3 different games either way with how many different variables each ending introduces.

Aw I love tali she's the best romance. I hated the endings for me I like to think that the geth with reaper upgrades predicted what the crucible would do and so managed to protect themselves and EDI. Thus in my ending they survived. Add in that once reapers are dead you have all that technology sitting there who's to say that the reapers needed fuel or even if they needed to use the relays to traffic across the galaxy. My ending has the geth and edi survive and the alliance either using or reverse engineering reaper tech to travel across the galaxy and repair the relays.
I wonder if BioWare will ise a website to select the key decisions for the previous games like they did with Dragon Age Inquisition. My Canon is the most war assets focuses the pulse to destroy the bio synthetic reapers while sparing the synthetics in hardened starships, the citadel is ~95% destroyed with the relays repairable, Shepard is alive but in a coma for a few months, and he refurbishes a geth station in rannochs orbit for his base.
honestly, if they cut out the moment with the kid and some kind of star keeper, I would have liked the endings more and it is a pity that it cannot be skipped. And so I liked the trilogy.
First he sees the man who’s been like a father to him to urge him to do this, then he sees a good friend, perhaps a manifestation of his doubt of what he is about to do, then finally he sees the love of his life this tells him no… This is what he is going to do, what he has to do the reapers die here… No matter the cost God this ending is so powerful
I think the Keepers will find Shepard and put his body into those containments. That's the only way for Shepard to live because little green workers know Citadel's control room
Honestly I hated EDI for showing no remorse for the quarians if you side with the geth Not to mention if you side with the quarians she’s all mad at you but 🤬 her she’s not alive I accidentally did because of the stupid paragon placement (had to reload but I still feel the guilt) It’s strange because I actually felt sorry for them in my early playthroughs but now after analyzing their perspectives every time I play I always kill all synthetics
What if the Normandy and crew went to Andromeda and arrived like Ryder's end with the Kett and maybe this is why we see an Angara with Liara during the trailer they released back in December

I know, it's either Shepard or EDI and the Geth. If only getting almost all the War Assets affected that outcome too. Then again, if it did, no one would choose Control or Synthesis.
Destroy ending = Mass relays destroyed, every planet separated from other planets, in this universe jumps into hyperspace don't exist. Control ending = reapers controlled by Shepard repairing mass relays. Destroy ending = nobody can visit guys on the other planets.
To be fair, the endings are all pretty flawed. For one, if synthetic life dies out, and Shepard is brought back with synthetics (project lazarus) he should definitely be gone with the destroy ending - along with Tali + Quarians because I imagine that the suit technology would be affected too. Mass relays can be repaired. Catalyst confirmed that. Even besides that, I imagine mass relays simplify Journie's from system to system, I think without them it'd be a case of jumping from planet to planet getting as close as possible to the nearby system then jumping into those ones (could be wrong on that, but nothing a big enough fuel tank can't fix!).

Not necessarily. They’ve already introduced the idea of a Shepard clone in the DLCs. Who’s to say there wasn’t more than one?

The destroy ending doesn't make sense if you helped the Geth. You just wasted so much time with them just to kill all of them plus EDI.
