I have been watching buildofy from last 6-7 years. I've watched every video. This is the most beautiful home I have ever seen. The, location, the materials, the idea, the sustainability.. everything is awesome. Kudos to the architects
This is one of the best homes I have ever seen physically or on youtube. The house is so much blended with it's surrounding and landscape that it does not feel you are living in a house. What a masterpiece👏👌
Great for these architects and everyone else that the whole thing with so many moving parts finally became so aesthetic and integrated. I am also amazed that these masons did such a great job.

The blend of local terrain, locally available materials and in-general being in touch with the nature has made the home look like a home - this place feels comfortable, this place feels like a home. I'm a local boy, and my native home have the carved staircase as well. The home looks so thoughtful, and well designed - and at place - no overbombarding of elements to showcase luxury. I love how it blends with the terrain, so beautiful

Sustainability stories are great if one has deep or bottomless pockets.... Unless affordability is there such things will just be a fad among the wealthy Btw a jungle without any house in it is the way to go...
You guys need to hire professional mic and boom operator. It’s 2024 and your audio files are all over the place, which destroys the beauty of the art direction, the architecture. My family really enjoys what you’ll create, but please look into sorting out your audio distortions.

Hey, the pipes go down the slope, through the walls of the house. Ultimately, the soil water pipes end in a soak pit. The gray water is all diverted to the banana circles.
Sir my home is courtyard its 150 year ago build by my grandfather now the condition of wada is very good ..but half family is shifted to other city now please where to sell the wada to get best price ..3.500sq ft

Very poor design 1. U cd hv avoided the back cutting and built on the slope n available contours of the land 2. Your choice of materials makes a new building look like a Kerala cowshed, when you cd hv selected material to make it look new for life 3. Take a cue from old Kerala buildings. These still look new 4. What a pity ! To bear a burden of this design for life
When I'll become financially capable in future I'll definitely consult this great architects 👍🏻👌🏻

In Maharashtra, not all slopes are protected. These are farm lands. Hence one can build a house here. Industries are not allowed
