Hi Dave, I’m having trouble with my F80 treadmill. When I increase the speed, the treadmill slows first and then accelerates to the desired speed. The speed sensor has been replaced and the main board has been replaced yet the issue persists. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Well that’s a hard call I have run into this a couple of times. And it is either the controller or the main display screen no way to tell you just have to replace both I hope this is under warranty. Dave
Im having several issues with 2016 F80.
1. When switching speeds, it would slow before increasing or also sometimes randomly stop
2. Checked and lubed belt, it seems fine. Speed sensor is fine and light on board.
3. Now the one set of keys that show 2,3,4,5,6 etc. No longer work and dont work on the key check.
4. Can only change speed using the arrow up or down on the display and this also will cause treadmill to sometimes slow before speeding or randomly shut off. Control board?
The display i dont think they make anymore unkess you have them.
Worth buying the parts to try to fix?

did you ask the customer if they wanted the belt lubed or replaced?
We both did a walk belt test. And to my surprise it was just as easy to move in the center as it was on the side. So no belt needed for now. At least not one I could order under warranty. And I saw no reason to purchase one
Ive been watching a bunch of your videos...my problem (tt8) is not able to start when i press start. I can turn on, enter weight, time, but then it says press start. And nothing. No 3 2 1. Sole sent me a new control board. No fix.any ideas?
I also can't get into calibration, so it's as if the start button isn't signaling juice. Worked for 2 years then stopped working mid work out. Couldn't press stop while running. Had to remove key to turn it off.
This for sure sounds like a bad console
@FitnessTechnologyServices I'll mention this to sole when I call in again. Warranty only covering parts so its getting tricky to diagnose and change! Thanks for the reply

@FitnessTechnologyServices guess what...new console fixed it. But not completely! Now I jave am e3 code. 3 2 1 start works, but not able to do grade up or down once it starts. When I turn on the treadmill, control board lights up, smaller module has 1 light that turns green eventually, then flicks off... any ideas!? Is it all related?
Hello, I’m having issues with my Sole f63 treadmill from 2020. When I hit start and it does it’s 3 second count down it then makes an odd noise spins the motor for maybe a second or two then stops and says E7. Any and all advice would be very helpful.

I'm having this EXACT issue as you've explained it on the same treadmill. Did you get it resolved?
Sorry I did not reply to both of you, I did not see a reply. It does this without a user on it. I have not been able to figure out the issue on my own.
So the motor works when getting power from a 12v battery but when power is applied to the motor control board it doesn’t send the power to the motor.
So I have to replace the motor control board or controller.
