    Great Video. I had a conversation about this with a person. I had pointed out that it is possibile but first you have to define how much money is rich. Saying the word rich brings a different number to different people. I say first define how much money you need to make first. Then define how much money you want to make. Then you can build a good business plan around your finacial goal.

    I do personal training as my side hustle from years of powerlifting and a natural ability to coach people who are completely new to lifting.

    I've been enjoying the content, Jeff. Although my desire is to have my own fitness facility, I got into the industry to help people. I enjoy fitness, and want people to become healthier from my advice. I also do this to be an inspiration.

    I have been searching for a personal trainer relevant you tube channel. It was until I saw your channel that I got liberated. You're very unselfish, very. You share content that others are charging a fortune. Great personalized content that are client- friendly. Thanks for making personal training a good experience. Thumbs up.

    I have a day job and not looking for personal training money and I do agree that it won’t make much money since it’s a 1:1 service most of the time. I’m doing it as a hobby and something for my retirement :)

    Really great video! I am currently training at a hospital affiliated gym and I love it, but since I'm only paid on commision, it definitely is not steady income since I rely on my client's schedules. My goal is to work in clinical and do this as a side hustle, although I might get burned out quickly. I definitely got into training due to my passion for this. Although it is very rewarding, this is not the job that will get you rich in any way lol. My goal is just to make a comfortable living. Also, many trainers including myself do not realize that a huge part of the job is selling, which for me is not very fun. Realistically, there are many downsides that come with being a trainer. Some of my coworkers do make close to 100,000, but they train 8-12 clients per day, which is insane. Most of them are also group class instructors.

      Thanks so much for your kind words! I’m glad that you love your training job. It’s tough but definitely worth it!
      Selling can be tough but it is one of those things that the more you do, the better and more comfortable it will become!

    I got into training because I want to help people get to their bodily goals and I want to help people live longer and I also want to build connections with people as I dive deeper into this career field. getting rich from personal training isn’t the goal for me, the goal is to maintain a comfortable amount of income that I can live off of from personally training. Anything 50k and up per year is alright for me, as long as I can live off doing what I love

    This is similar to the plan I had for myself. I want to diversify my income streams. I have been in the stock market for a few years now, will be getting into rental in the near future and want to launch a PT service. I like helping people but I definitely like the idea of have another income stream from something I like to do.

      Multiple income streams is huge! I’d recommend that to everyone but trainers in particular since our hours can fluctuate a bit.

    Hi Jeff, really love your content. Just wondering what do you do during the rest time through the workout? What do you talk about? And also how do you pickup a client from another trainer?

    • @SortaHealthyTrainerEducation
      @SortaHealthyTrainerEducation  2 роки тому

      During rest time, I might just chat with them about how their kids are, what their food looks like this week, any weekend plans, etc. I’m not sure I completely understand about picking up clients from another trainer.

    One question Jeff, very soon i will meet my first client, and i will go to his home, he wants to train in his home, and my plan is to train him but from a distance instead of me going to his home (i give him the advice i could give him personally but in Whatsapp or instagram) how could i tell him or set up my desire to train him at a distance instead of going to his home to train him? Do i tell him "you will have my contact, and i we will be in contact, wathever doubt or help you need, feel free to write me", or do i have to offer him if he wants to be trained personally or from a distance? My concern is about the types of training, personally in his home, online from a distance, etc

    • @SortaHealthyTrainerEducation
      @SortaHealthyTrainerEducation  2 роки тому

      When you talk to him, explain your different package options. If he wants something that you don’t offer, just tell him what you do offer and how it can or can’t meet his needs. If he wants something that you don’t have, it might not be a good fit.
