Yes, yes and yes. Everything about this release, which is the first 13th colony DO I have is dark and it doesn’t drink 133 proof and the wood is not overwhelming or charred. It is soooo good, glad I got a bottle and also glad it is different than the 15th anniversary.
I literally just opened my first Thirteenth Colony. It’s their regular bourbon. It’s nice and easy. Pretty sweet. Not complex but good when you want a light easy pour.
Again not sure they are distilling this juice but everyone seems to enjoy it. Doesn’t come to my state so if I get a bottle it’ll be from Seelbach. Enjoy!! 🥃🥃🥃
Tasty stuff for sure. I just wish they were transparent about where they get their distillate. Because they clearly don’t make it themselves. I believe more people would get behind them if they were honest and ethical.

oh hope to be able to grab one this year
Never had their double oaked, but had reg offerings and cask strength bourbon. Good stuff!

Big 13th Colony fan, have been to the distillery several times. Still chasing the Double Oak Tho!!
Hope ya get it!
I am huge 13th Colony fan! I’ve tried their entire whiskey line, but DO and 15th Anniversary are special pours IMOP.
I've never tried any 13th Colony. That DO sounds really good. Great review/video cheers!🥃
You should! Cheers steve!
Anyone know anything about the orange lable on? I got the rye came back 2 days later and all the bottles where gone.
Hey Nathan, can you please share a link to the stemmed glencairns you use? Ty.
