Been keeping a close eye on this man for the past two years. Very inspiring. I am nearly 50, retired military, and a few years ago I started running to get back in shape and develop more discipline in my life. maratoneta di tutti tempi grande uomo tanti sacrifici e pazienza un super alteta!
He makes it look effortless
I ran 10k in 1hr 10min...this was my first marathon...but i can imagine how much effort required this legend to do sub 2hr..... it's looks easy but when you do it it's actually not that easy!
He brok common mentality that sub 2hr isn't possible...he is beyou the limits set by people...so actually there is not limit, No human is limited...last line said by him- sir eliud kipchoge
To that speed and distance and still breathing just nose breathing.. just amazing
tremendous running. the legs are made of steel! it is nice to be a king! And london love some king. the audience showed up big time!
Kipchoge looked good. Those other 2 looked like they were about to pass out lol
What athletes can learn from this guy is not train more than 80 percent and to save your 90 to 100 percent plus efforts for racing. That is why he looks so fresh.
Think you will find that is pretty standard practice - even amateurs usually dont give more than 90% in training
He trains in conditions way harder than race conditions at high altitude with low oxygen and non-flat terrain.
@@aroundandround training is just an important part of his success but not more important than his being both genetically endowed. And mentally focused on his physical talent or gift.
Eliud the fast runner ever, cheers for this man....He makes me be proud of my country Kenya.
Who is here after ineos 1:59 🙋
Ember Kenol yep
I am a eliud kipchoge in2020
Hatsoff sir Kipchoge. Really u r motivating me
I don't know why this is a motivation video. I know good and damn well I am never going even think about running a marathon as good as Eluid Kipchoge. I am doing good being able to run one in 3:50.
Maybe you could run a 1500m with his speed and form.
@@rowancrouch4789 - I run a pretty good 7:35m mile. I am 48 years old. I am OK with myself and my run time. Most people my age aren't out there running marathons. In fact, most of my peers bitch and complain that they can't park in the handicap spots when they go Wal-mart. LOL
It would be already superlative for a fit average middle aged man that runs regularly to do 1 mile for Brits/American speaking or 1500mt for the rest in a sub 2.50 min/km
Kenya the pride of Africa proud of you Kenyans blessings from Uganda the Pearl of Africa
An absolutely amazing runner.
Kipchoge inspires me every day.
