To see how happy the pacers are when approaches the finish line... What a great moment for humankind
Pretty sure not everyone are genuine happy. Some will be jealous af in their heart. Just normal human being.
@@tonytt667 nah they are happy, they are runners afterall. Only the non and fake runners can be jealous and they can't do anything about it. This is not politics nor showbiz where bitter people can run their mouth. If they want to prove a point then they have to run it and they know they can't. 😂
But they didn't even run tge whole marathon. They were his pacers.
How does a man run at this pace for 2 hours straight… that’s insane
I can run faster, even my friend John, we just choose not to compete.

Emotional moment
Wow truly amazing. My PR is 2.40 minutes after years of training. Never thought a human could run under 2 hrs. Proof that their's absolutely no limit to the human body.
There are plenty of limits for human bodies, he just has less limits than anyone else for this race
he trained for yeras too
yes, and compare that with how many times consecutively could you do that 2.40? what he just did is just one of the greatest performance by any means ever
@@gogu24 He means 2hr 40 mins...
Who's here after the London marathon 2020. He is still the G.O.A.T
His stride looks completely different here so relaxed compared to be so stiff in London but he will recover and he will be back for next year 👍

And am here after the gold he won at the Tokyo Olympics. He is a true son of the soil. The ultimate GOAT after Samuel Wanjiru. Thank you king for uniting the world once again
Every time i watch this, it's brought up the tears of joy in my eyes. What a beautiful moment, what an achievement... Eliud and all of the team, thank you!! You guys now, have written your names in the history!!
That last kilometre was inspirational for all Kenyans and he made us proud. Proud to be Kenyan!
How his film showcases that final 200m is beautiful. Got me and me wife emotional it's such a amazing capture of how a person can be driven by no limits.
Absolute shivers man. I just ran 5 min/km for 3 km and thought it to be extremely rapid. I'm exhausted. This man did it at 2:50 min/km for 42+ km straight. Ho-lee-fooook!

@@Dave-cq6pu Haters gonna hate
My man was born to inspire people on the Earth :))
P/s: I ran 21k in 1h58m and felt so proud. He did the double with 1 minute more. Incredible human!!
The most humble man have ever seen in my whole life
He means what he says back home but no 'goats, cows and convoys' living simple
'My celebration is at the finishing line' he says my hero
This nearly makes me cry... I feel so happy for him
His dream comes true - the humble farmer - doing what he loves most - history is made - and Andy Jones - the humble Professor - what this man doesn’t know about running physiology & his personal experiences with the runners he has supported are incredible. Pacing & Drafting, Joyners equation, Nutrition timing & hydration & the beetroot juice!
I remember listening to a lecture by him on nitrates. My first ever sports science lecture & my life not only changed, but evolved, & grew & is still growing, my greatest inspiration.
Thank you for sharing your experiences & beautiful memories with everyone.
I am 66 now, but I remember in 1983 when I first broke 3 hrs in Vancouver. Of course I cried, I was totally exhausted, I could hardly get out of bed the next day, and yes it was one hell of an accomplishment but man this is off planet. There are certain gifts handed out by above, Kipchoge got that gift. Wow! I still run today to stay fit, and enjoy my runs. But I can only imagine basically sprinting for 26.2 miles. Like I said, off planet. My favourite athlete.....Simon Whitfield. When he made his kick in the final 800 metres, that was also off planet.
Still get goosebumps watching that finish 🙌
He cheated tho..:DD
Goosebumps don't care 😂

2022 and still watching. An amazing run from the GOAT.✊
Why am I not tired of watching Kipchoge's videos..?
With that pace he could run around the earth in 78 days.

Gives me chills every time. Amazing work, Kipchoge!
Just made an assignment on him. Came to watch the correct pronunciation of his name and now I have tears in my eyes. What a man he is❤
this video continues to inspire me every time i downgrade myself. he has represented Kenya well
It was never about the World Record but something more significant than that. Long after we are all dead, and the sub 2 has been replicated, people will always remember the first man(Kipchoge) that broke the sub 2 barrier. Indeed it is a moment like no other even like the first man, Neil Armstrong setting foot on the moon.
I agree with u
@Joe Greene Crying much? What a sad, pathetic life you must have
Yes we will remember it was broken using artifical aids and not by a runners honest effort
@@amblincork Yea, sure. Why doesn't any other human do it, then?
@@amblincork Well, not just him. The other 7 guys behind him ALSO broke the 2 hour barrier! This was a group of 8 people that broke the 2 hour barrier!

What a monster! Eliud's discipline is both incredible and inspiring.
Shalane said it so eloquently, "Kipchoge's running is a gift to all of us."
mmmm. thanks for trying but I prefer a new iPhone or whatever.
If you disliked this video.. take a look in the mirror and reevaluate your life. Thank you Eliud! No Human is limited!!!
Thought that myself, anyone who dislikes this is toxic, and a sad sad human.
They relatives of the bugs that died by kipchoge stepping on them have disliked.
Manuel Veiga, their is one man who actually had an issue with Kipchoge"s mantra that "No man is limited ", and the guy is a fellow countryman of the running legend. He is SUNY distinguished professor Makau Mutua.
