    I’ve always wondered can you do this in a crockpot? Or what what I did to make this recipe in the crockpot? Thank you for sharing your recipe

    • @gennyyann3052
      @gennyyann3052 4 роки тому +1

      I think its possible to do this in a crockpot but u have to Cook the stew on ur stove first then when it gets to when u add the rice u can do that in a croxkpot. The only things is that it will take forever to Cook and the probability of your jollof rice not coming out properly is high. U will have to really pay attention and add very little water or no water at all

    I KNOW this is delicious. I'm so confused though by cooking this on broil? I've baked regular rice before and I always bake for 1 hour on 350. Didn't know you could bake at such high heat?? Going to try it anyway and see what happens!

    At 10:21/10:22 you said you will cover the rice and let it "BAKE" for twenty minutes more. You were originally using broil to cook so did you mean bake or broil?

    My first experience was a friend who relocated here to USA from Ghana.
    I have a question about tilapia fish can I cook it without the head.
    Anytime there is a head with eyes staring at me it just freaks me out then I can't eat it. Lol
