If you like trap bar DLs, try trap bar rows, with the back strictly parallel to the ground, i was able to progress a lot with it and ended up being a very heavy weight exercise 😆

Heh Joey! I don’t know if this is helpful but I found a trick to see the macro breakdown for each meal since I don’t pay for premium. I know you like to show the macros for the meals you make!
If you go to the 3 dots at the bottom when you go to add food, you can press “Save as meal” and it shows you the macro breakdown for what you added to either breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks. (So about 4 meals)
You probably already know this but I do it consistently and it helped me a lot so I don’t have to do mental math when looking at my overall macro breakdown for the day!!
And I don’t actually save the meal, i just press it to quickly view the macros!!

Overnight oats are boooomb. Been making them for breakfast for me and my wife since our son was born 3 months ago. They come in clutch and an easy way to stack it with protein. 💪🏻
Also, almost every video we find something new from Costco to try out! Gonna check out those overnight oats you had. Wanted to try the bagel thins, but they’re not sold in my area. Have you tried their 100 calorie English muffins? Could make a mean chicfila knockoff breakfast sandwich with it. 🤔

You need to try Catalina Crunch cereal. Get mine at Costco. Paired with 0% fairlife milk and the macros are insane for cereal. 220 calories and 22g of protein
