@@ateliermavi So its always better when you push from the top of the bag. If you are pushing from the middle part of the bag , most of the material is going back up, and not downwards. If you have to push from the middle,make sure you are making a very tight stop with your fingers. Also... Always pushing with your "good" hand from the top and guiding with your "bad" hand close to the tip. This will might feel more difficult when starting but gets really efficient once you fell comfortable with it. Did some stone walls my self at my place and piping bag skils came really handy..😁😁

Terracotta tiles are a real nightmare. Very difficult to keep them looking clean as well. They stain easily as well. I like them, however they're a real commitment.
I m a little bit disappointed. To clean the tiles you have to change the water just in the moment it becomes darker. The dirt is in the water and if you use this water, you wash the tiles with the same dirt you want to get rid off. Always clean water! That is boring and much work but otherwise you can’t get it done properly. And take other items to clean. The mop you use can’t take the lime powder off the surface. Search nother one. You did so much work to get it done. But at the end it will be wonderful. 😊
I admire your "sticking to natural materials" attitude but these terracotta floors were too much work for their own sake. I hope you enjoy them for many years to come.

Yes it was by eye but they aren't uniform at all because the tiles' dimensions are not regular! Result: we have some 20mm gaps and other smaller than 5mm.. but in the end, once grouted, it all disappear 😉

How were you able to keep all the joints uniform. You haven't used any joint spacers, so I'm guessing it was by eye. Pretty impressive and beautiful

Good thing it's not your house then! We are taking our time, working on different project beside this built, filming everything and producing a video almost every week and trying not to get burnt out 😉
