In the cougar's northernmost range, the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia, a mother cougar roams with her yearling cub; until the new litter comes along. Then she must savagely chase the year old cub away.

Just saw one 24ft away last night at the East Wenatchee Municipal Courthouse and I said sitting at a picnic table wow awesome and that spooked it back under the nearby trees it had come out from under. Then immediately after 2 cops with AR 15's showed up and I heard just awhile ago that they did shoot it after that 2am encounter I had. I was rooting for the cougar but we do have a plentiful amount of them in our region now and they don't belong in our towns.❤😢❤😊
