Then Heard's side will give their closing for her counterclaim and then Depp's counter closing with Heard's team getting the final word before the jury begins deliberations.

What bothers me the most is that when Johnny needed her help for his addiction she picked up a camera instead of picking up the phone and calling to get him help.
She wanted him to see proof of his behavior. She can’t force him to get help. He’s not a child. That’s his decision he have to make. He chose to do drugs for so long. What about his kids ? Shouldn’t he have stopped for them a long time ago? He have all the money in the world to get help. He even have his own private island to do detox and get help privately

My thoughts; Amber is clearly the abuser and her words and actions against Johnny are horrendous. She should pay every appropriate penalty. I also think she is a very damaged woman. Lord knows what she went through as a child, but it certainly destroyed her humanity. She needs treatment for the rest of her life, as well as punishment. May God protect her child.
AH is repeatedly on tape riling and antagonizing Depp. You just don't do that to the person that is supposedly battering you. After having had a rough relationship with a woman with BPD a few years back I recognize a lot of these scenarios. She would also belittle, gaslight, manipulate, lie and especially do just about anything to keep me around when I wanted to disengage from fights. I would get hit, scratched, headbutted, threatened and she would block doors so I would have to move her physically to get through, which I never did because I would not ever lay a hand on her despite all of it. She did bring out the worst in me, and I would at times say some pretty dark things, as I also have a bit of dark humor, and it was a better "outlet" in some ways, instead of ever returning the abuse. She would spin everything and make it seem like the abuse she was dishing out actually came from me, and despite how outrageous it was I would almost believe it at times. It was an incredibly difficult situation, and my heart goes out to the both of them. Johnny Depp did not deserve any of this and I hope he can regain his life, and I hope Amber can get the help she needs as it's an extremely difficult mental illness to live with. I am now happily engaged with a wonderful woman, and she has shown me that I wasn't the horrible person I got convinced I was.

I don't get how this is an issue of the First Amendment? I get that people are free to speak their mind, but when one person's rights infringes upon another persons rights, then what happens? There won’t be any perjury charges. Prosecutors very rarely pursue perjury charges, especially for civil cases. It simply isn’t worth it.

Regarding the video of Johnny slamming cabinet doors, it's not what you see but what you don't see. I think if he was so abusive he would have attacked her when he found that camera but he didn't. You don't see him go after he for recording. Yes he yells, yes he goes after the camera but after that he walks away.
