WHY DOES EVERYONE SAY JD WILL LOSE THE CASE IF THE JURY BELIEVES AMBER WAS ABUSED EVEN ONCE?
WHY WOULDN'T SHE HAVE TO PROVE ALL THREE TYPES OF ABUSE - PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SEXUAL?
SHE CLAIMED ALL THREE IN HER OP ED. WHY WOULDN'T SHE HAVE TO PROVE ALL THREE?
Since each side in the Depp v. Heard case has their own mental health expert, and their opinions are totally opposite, regarding Heard’s mental status and both opinions are compelling and it’s difficult to decide which one to believe and both could be biased towards their client, why doesn’t the court order a third mental health expert to examine Heard? And when the court orders another expert, they should choose an expert who has way more years of experience that the two dueling experts, and also has years of experience of testifying to the court and totally non biased towards either side. I think this is what the jury will have a hard time making a decision as to who to believe. The meta data issue I think will not have affect on the jury’s decision because its too complex of information to understand and unless all the jury members know and understand the complexity of meta data, they will just dismiss that testimony from the experts and not consider anything in the expert’s opinions when making their verdict. I believe the decision of the jury will cause the whole trial to be a wash, having both sides not getting anything. In the end, however, I believe Depp will be the victor, having gained a better public perception, which will help him get cast in future opportunities in the film market. Also, I believe this trial has hurt Heard’s image to the public as well as maybe causing the film making market to make a pass on considering her for future opportunities in that market, but I think she will get more endorsement opportunities in the future. I’m leaning more towards Depp’s side though, not because I’m a fan or anything like that, but because the witnesses on his side sound more believable, and most of Heard’s witnesses were over exaggerating a lot in their testimony. And Heard’s attorneys sound and I get a perception that they don’t believe their own client and have lost faith in her, almost as though they come off of as just being public defenders and just protecting her rights and not considering anything else.

I am a survivor of DV and SA and she makes me sick, she offended and destroyed any work and step toward in DV because of her lies and her manipulation of what happens to women when there is real violence she set us back and she needs to be called out on it

We’ve listened to the tapes from March 2015 when you AH were told to leave after cutting Johnny’s finger off, they had to give you 50 mgs of a sedative to calm down, you didn’t want to leave because of your reputation! Disgusting testimony and your pause with blowing your nose while on the stand quickly looking at the camera posing. Unbelievable!!!

In all likelihood they were both atrocious to each other and therefore their allegations cancel each other's out. The allegations about her having a personality disorder are not substantiated by the Psychologist who saw her for two years, whereas JD's longtime polysubstance is. Living with a drug addiction is pure hell and there is no taking personal accountability until they are clean and sober.

He's not looking at her because he doesn't want her to be uncomfortable, not because he's trying to be disrespectful. He's been nothing but respectful to everyone in that courtroom. Also, the part where she pretends to be afraid of him as they almost bump into each other, you can see that's the route JD is familiar with taking when they leave the courtroom. He's not even looking in her direction when he starts to walk towards the door, and only when AH dramatically jumped and the courtroom officer put her hand out did he even notice it and he turned around giving her his back so she wouldn't have to look at him. His shrug was very telling in that he wasn't trying to confront her or go towards her. He genuinely wasn't even paying attention.

I'm a victim and in my experience with court proceedings I couldn't look my perpetrator in the face. So many people quick to assume he's hiding something when in fact he is proving he was also abused. There is so much audio of her being violent towards him. Also where the dr claims her scratches are self inflicted. None of them knew they were being recorded so the audio is authentic. My abuser would attack me and when I would try to get help would inflict injuries on themselves as well to try and threaten me to remain silent. This is the vibe I get from her. I can see her harming herself and claiming he did it. Or the statement she made of the secret fight club. She's probably paid people to hit her and then take picture's claiming it was JD.

The problem with AH'S case is it's highly exaggerated. Too exaggerated. She has so much evidence, but omitted evidence that any logical person will take or a friend will take.
Most of the available evidence, most of her evidence does not corroborate her narrative.
At this point, her lawyers have a very bad case. I'm even surprised they brought certain pieces of evidence as proof of her claims. They must really believe her.
The recording of what happened in Australia that she herself recorded is the biggest evidence of her lying, saying “I didn’t mean to hurt him”Also all the conversations between the doctor, the nurse, Mr. King and Johnny’s security. Amber had plastic surgery which produces bruises, also isn’t it strange that she never sought out medical treatment for any of the trauma she claimed she suffered especially after being sexually assaulted with a SQUARE LIQUOR BOTTLE?? Where’s the black eye? Where’s the split lip? There’s no swelling. From such an injury one would expect swelling. I sustained a black eye when I fainted and let me tell you I don’t bruise easily at all but boy I ended up with a black eye and no amount of “good” make up could hide it or the swelling.

If it were me, I would’ve went and had asked for a copy of he medical records to take home with me so I could prove it had happened. Also, unless you’re living in said country, you should always ask for a copy of medical records if you go to the doctor on a trip so you can share it with your primary care for follow up care, especially something as serious as this.

This trial terrifies me about legal processes altogether. He presented expert after expert and all she has to do is lie at such an extreme level and she might win and they won't even mention how much this does not match up at all with the audio.

Because if the jury finds that only one of her more then 14 ( maybe she will make some more after the trial resumes) stories about abuse is true, this means that this woman is standing there, under oath, lying about at least 13 horrendous crimes, in detail, crying and shaking. There is a huge difference in the impact on a persons reputation, when they do a mistake once, and when they are repeating over and over horrendous crimes. If I would've tried to record my ex, & he found it like I saw Johnny find it one time, the phone wouldn't have survived (including the video since I wouldn't have been able to hit stop) and I wouldn't have been able to leave the house for week. I've never been too good with makeup so I could never hide the bruises/cuts. Thank God I left him a few years ago & am safe now. But it's my experience from that that makes me believe Johnny. All her stories just don't add up or make sense to me. The way she tells the story of the SA also doesn't sit well with me.

Also, if he really punched her multiple times in the face, it wouldn't only be bruising she'd have to cover.
